| 43 | Automation system & remote monitoring the tender/ Firm shall provide proposal for automation of all components of WTP and shall be automated in such a way that these are automatically operated at pre fixed hours.time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at WTP plant building. The entire autoamtion is to be carried out as the technical data sheets for electrical , instrumentation and automation attached in volume II Electromagentic flow meters of approved lakes shall be provided at storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour dat and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access location at WTP. This data tranmission system at tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.( Ref data sheet Volume - I for further details). |
