    Tender For Purchase Of Items 1. Probes Arrangement: Four individually spring-loaded probes arranged collinearly and equally spaced, Probes mounted in a Teflon bush ensuring good electrical insulation, Teflon spacer near the tips to maintain equal distance, Proper leads should be provided. 2. Sample: Appropriate crystal of Ge (with one extra sample). 3. Oven: Specially designed for Four Probe Set-Up with the following specifications: Temperature Range: Ambient to 473K or better, Resolution: IK or better, Stability: +0.5K or better, Measurement Accuracy: IK (typical) or better, Sensor: RTD (A class) or better, Display: 31/2 digit, 7 segment LED with auto polarity and decimal indication or better, 4. Control Unit of Four Probe Setup: Appropriate multirange digital voltmeter with the following specifications: Range: X1 (0-200mV) & X10 (0-2V) or better, Resolution: 100µV at XI range or better, Accuracy: ±0.1% or better, Display: 312 digit, 7 segment LED with auto-polarity and decimal indication or better. Overload Indicator. 5. Constant Current Generator: IC regulated current generator providing constant current to the outer probes with the following specifications: Open circuit voltage: 18 V or better, Accuracy: ±0.25% or better, Current range: 0-20 mA or better, Load regulation: 0.05% for 0 to full load or better, Resolution: 10 HA or better, Line regulation: 0.05% for 10% changes or better
