Preperation and submission of montly invoice/JMR/BILL for energy injected to grid ( as per duly signed, JMR) alongwith Bifurcation sheet and import and export power adjustement to RUVNL for a period of 11months from the date as decided by the GE including the previous adjustment due since May 2022:- (a)Ensure timely preperation and dispatch of verified copies by RUVNL to JDVVNL for energy adjusment. (b)Ensure timely submission of billing paramenters, load survey, CDS file and other paramenters to JDVVNL commercial wing. (c) Coordination with JDVVNL commercial wing for preperation of energy adjustmen report and submission to Billing department for energy adjustment. (d) Coordination with JDVVNL for adjustment of net energy credit in monthly electric bill of Sriganganagar Military stationK No 310333000708. Note :- (i) Monitoring of payment of monthly Transmission charges, SLD charges and verification of wheeling charges on monthly basis. (ii) Monitoring of power adjustement in monthly Electric bill. (iii)Submission of MIS for power adjustment on quarterly basis to MES. (iv) Submission of half yearly profitability/Net Savings statement from captive power to MES. (v)Billing to adjusted as per open access agreement with RRVPNL, Jaipur dt 07 Apr 2022 & wheeling and banking agreement with JDVVNL dt 06 May 2022. (One Job work only) |
