| 1 | Repair/Renovation of 03 nos. tube wells i.e. Gokal Puri JE Store, Yamuna Vihar Water emergency and Joharipur School Tube wells need some renovation work on urgent basis. Supply of Panel board suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 4 Wire System for operation of 10-15HP Submersible Pump set with automatic phase corrector, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members, totally enclosed, powder coated free standing, floor mounted type, dust& vermin proof, outward opening, lockable doors having hidden hinges and a bolted back cover both using non-deteriorating neoprene rubber gaskets. Each part of the fabricated panel will be strictly subjected to seven tank treatments. The various components, assemblies and sub equipment of the panel will be as per standard given in relevant IS. The bus bar shall be Aluminum rectangular cross section size 20 mm x 5 mm strip per phase, rating 100 Amp. The panel will be shaped out of high conductivity, electrolytic conductor and shall be liberal sized. The bus bar will be covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve throughout in red, yellow & blue color to identify three phases & black for neutral. The bus-bar support insulator made of non-deteriorating, vermin proof, non-hygroscopic materials such as SMC/DMC. The control wiring of the panel will be done with PVC flexible copper wires of 1.5mm cross section. Each wire will be terminating with a copper ferule crimped to the wire. The panel will have MS angle stand in 50x50x5mm size. Size of panel 1360 mm (H) x 760 mm (W) 300mm (D). The work includes all sundry required items for completion of work, i.e., eccentric taper, rubber gasket, necessary reinforcement and vibration isolation arrangement, etc. and loading, unloading, cartage, making good all damages caused during installation and restoring the same to their original finish as required, adequate safety provision, barricading, warning signal and other safety measures while executing the work or wherever necessary so as to avoid accident. The components of the installation shall be of such design so as to satisfactory function under all conditions. The tube well will be commissioned on automation mode and timing to be set as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The all-sundry items which are useful & necessary for operation of tube well in automation mode shall be deemed to have been included, whether such items are especially in specification or not.
