Dismantling the complete transformer, Removing the top cover, oil tank, silica jel breather and fins etc. lifting the core and coils from the transformer tank. |
| 2 | Rewinding of 11 KV HT winding limbs, removing the burnt winding, Providing the new TPC copper strips and making the HT coils as per original. Fixing the coil in transformer core with proper HT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with HT insulation. |
| 3 | Re-insulation of LT winding limbs, Annealing and cleaning the copper strip with craft paper tape and making the coils as per original shape. Fixing the coils in transformer core with proper LT insulation. Making the connection and brazing the same with silver mixed copper rod and insulation with LT insulation. |
