Job of painting to be carried after cleaning of the existing surface of pumps, motors, panels, valve platforms, all ms plates (pump house, transformer room, HT rooms), pipes, valves, railings, ladders and main hole covers etc. in all respect and making smooth surface and considering all safety measures to the manpower to avoid risk factor being a difficult site condition. It also including the cartage of material and equipment as required at sites for execution of work complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in charge carried out by painters.
11	Fabrication of M.S. ladder of length 2.5 mtr each step 0.6X0.3mtr width made out with the help of M.S. Chanel of size 100X50mm, M.S. Angle of size 65X65X6mm, M.S. 12	Fixing of above M.S. ladder including the cost of grouting the same at ground level the platform with civil work completes in all respect. With anticorrosive primer and painting with black synthetic Enamel paint.
13	Repairing of M.S. window with flat plate of size 25X5mm, M.S. Angle of size as required complete with cutting, welding, grinding, finishing etc complete in all respect. With transportation loading unloading at site
14	Fabrication /Fixing of MS gate for UGR of size 3feet X 6.8feet made by 40X40X6mm M.S. angle, 35X6mm M.S. flat and 2mm thick M.S sheet work including dismantling of existing gate by cutting gas cuter and fixing new gate with civil work complete in all respect.With anticorrosive primer and painting with black synthetic paint.
