| 3 | Providing the temporary arrangement such as gunny bags / MS plate for blocking/ diverting of the flow in channels of gates during execution of work and divert the flow of sewerage one by one .This includes providing of M.S plates on the both side in such a way/shape that sluice gate should be free to provide the mechanical jacking arrangement below the gates. |
| 4 | Dismantling and taking out the Sluice gate, operating mechanism, Spindle and CI flap of the gate from its installed position after cutting of nut bolts and fasteners with the help of gas cutting set, it includes heavy manual labour, long boom crane and other auxiliary works. |
| 5 | Repairing of CI flap/shutter of size approx 1850 mm x 800 mm including chemical cleaning of flap. Repairing of surface area and wedge side etc. Job includes cost of chemical and T&P etc. |

| 7 | Grinding and polishing of CI Flap and wedges with the help of grinder, welding machine, file and emery paper etc. |
| 8 | Repairing of operating mechanism by p/f of GM Nut and bearing as per sample with other allied machining works as required to make it operational. |
| 9 | Repairing, cleaning & Fixing of S.S. Spindle made out of 70 mm dia and 2200 mm long approx along with threading as per requirement. |
| 10 | Fabrication/Making & Fixing of bearing housing with fixing of SS Bolt as per sample. |
| 11 | Painting the CI gates with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats paint after cleaning the surface area. |
| 12 | Repairing of civil structure of sluice gates by carrying out necessary civil works and welding work by adding necessary channels/angles as per site requirement to strengthen the structure of sluice gates. |
| 13 | Testing and Commissioning after completion and fitment of above mentioned parts in all respect. |
