| 2 | Supervision for Engg job at site pertaining to site activities for civil works consisting of a) Checking of layout of buildings/rooms and taking/checking levels at various stages of work for dismantling, supply, erection, installation, commissioning etc. as per drawings issued for activitiy under execution b) Taking joint measurements with contractor agency c) Checking of quality of materials received at site as per specifications, drawings, EIC instructios like for foundations, concrete, Duct work, insulation work, finishes like painting etc. d) Checking of workmanship of various activities carried out at site as per specifications, drawings, EIC instructions like for foundations , concrete, formwork, brickwork, RR Masonary, Finishes like plastering, Painting, PH Works like water supply lines with appurtenances, sewerage lines etc. Note :- Quantifying at least 2 Nos. of above activities in a day for payment of one job |

Each site supervisor shall comply all above three items i.e. 06 activities in a day . 3.Deployment of one qualified personnel at site for general shift for rendering assistance for supervision ofminimum 2 works. 4. The mandays for a supervisor will be 25 days per month . However as per site requirement if supervisor is deployed for more days in a month payment will be made accordingly. 5. Payment will be done monthly/ bimonthly on due verification of activities |

Note :-Min One Skilled Carpenter & One Semiskilled Carpenter are required to be deployed for the entire contract period |

Note :- Min One Skilled Plumber & One Semiskilled plumber are required to be deployed for the entire contract period |
