Repairing Replacement Of Damaged Enm Equipments At Tube Well No Nt 141 At Yamuna Flood Plain Palla Area Re Invite-Lifting of p/set by the help of chain pully, clamps and heavy men menpower after cuting rusted/wornout and opening of nut bolts to dismental the p/set, pipes, valvesetc. 2 Renovation/repairing of 20 H.P, 6/8 dia. submbersible Pump Set havingwork of rewinding of motor, Cable 6 Sq. mm, 6 mtr., replacement of G.M Bearing Bushs, Upper Bushs,Guide Bushs , Distance Bush and Balancing of rotor with rotor sleeve turning & grinding and also repairing of Impeller. The job also includes the labour charges for rewinding/repairing of p/set. 3 S/o submersible cable with copper conductor having three core sizes 6 sq. mm working on 1100V. Make:-Finolex/Plaza/Unistar or any other make approved by DJB. 4 Making and supply of MS clamp of 500 mm long x 75 width x12 mm thick complete with nut and bolts and washers for holding the 100 mm dia pipe including bending and shaping etc. as required. 5 S/o CI bend 100 mm dia 90deg. Double flange. Heavy class Make: - Ganesh/ ISI 6 S/o of 3 mtr. GI pipe 100 mm dia size ,medium class with GI flange welded in both sides 3 Mtr long with ms strips complete with threading work on each side of pipe each flange should be 4 holes and cut for cables. Make :- Jindal / TATA. 7 S/o G.I required off size threaded heavy duty nut-bolts of good quality. 8 Supply of MS bore cover 4 mm thick suitable for bore size in 2 pieces complete with bolting arrangement angle iron frame and provision of 100 mm diahole in the center. 9 S/o pressure gauge of 100 mm dia, 0-30 PSI complete with socket, bush Make:-H-Guru/Fiebig 10 Making water sample point with the help of socket, niple, cook valve, Tee and extended pipe etc. of size 1/2 inch. 11 Making and Supply of G.I tail piece of 100 mm dia. , one mtr. Long size made out of medium class pipe complete with one end threaded and other end fitted with G.I. flange heavy and cut for submersible cable. Make of Pipe - Jindal/Tata. 12 Supply of Starter panel board suitable for 20 HP Submersible Pump Set, head – 50 mtr., discharge – 1400 LPM having following specifications :- 1. Three phase, Star Delta Motor Control Panel, 415 VAC 50 HZ.2. Digital controlling of parameters i.e Ampere and voltage.3. PMC Based DC operated 63 Amp. power contact. 4. Digital Display for Parameters i.e Ampere and voltage & Motor Run Hour.5. Automatically over load cut off.6. Under voltage/over voltage automatically cut off.7.
