| 2 | Servicing, oiling and check the nut & bolt, cotter pin, insulator, screw wiring, connection etc of installed ceiling fans/wall fan and replace the faulty items if required as mentioned above tightening the blades including cleaning complete etc. as required. |

| 5 | Painting of ceiling fan in installed position with one or more coats of spray painting with synthetic enamal paint of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade, i/c cleaning of surface with detergent etc. as required. |
| 6 | Dismantling, rewinding & reinstallation of 300 mm exhaust fan with suitable size copper wire including varnishing, baking, nomex paper/ gasket set, lubricant oil, greasing, wiring from point to fan (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. along with cartage from site to workshop & back incl. credit of old burnt out dismantled copper wire etc. as required at site. |

| 9 | Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. |
