5Supplying,conveying and laying of R.C.C. pipes NP3 class conforming to IS:458 of following diameter belowincluding filling the joints with CM (1:2), including testing of joints including labour, tools, joints etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:-(Excavation will be paid seperately in the relevant item).

12Carrying out survey for wing walls, minor bridges, box culvert along with additional roads along patrolling road, taking ground spot level at every 5m interval, drawing prominent topographical features on the way along fence/wall/roads/stuctures, fixing of markings if required by anchoring/establishing member in the cement mortarup to 300 mm depthor making burjis/marking pedestals wherever required to see alignment of roads/walls/other structures and decide formation level, preparing comprehensive survey drawings in AUTOCAD format etc. as per the standard survey methodology and as directed by EIC,Rates are inclusive of instrument, labour and tools tackles required for this job etc
13Site clearance : Clearing the site by uprooting and removal of shrubs, bushes, weeds and trees upto girth of 30 cm (measured at a heigth of 1 M above ground ) and disposal of the same in safe way to prevent fire hazard to far away place upto a lead of 1.00 km etc .
14Enumeration, cutting & removing trees (including roots) of various girth sizes, converting the tree trunks into logs, firewood and poles etc. as directedby the Engineer, transporting the convertedwoodto the NPCIL store yard within a distance of 1.00 Km and stacking it neatly etc. complete. Note: Trees upto 30 cm girth sizes are covered under clearing jungle item. Girth will be measured at 1 m above the ground level.

26Construction of Granular sub-base Grade-I by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material to work site spreading in uniform layer of specified compacted thickness with mechanical grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel vibretory roller to achieve the desired densityincluding material, labour, plant and machinary and equipments etc., complete as per technical specification of MORTH and as directed by Engineer in charge. NOTE:- 1) Contrctor has to produce requirement as per above specification from reputed laboratory which is accrediated by NABL at his own cost before carry out work.

NOTE:- 1) Contrctor has to produce requirement as per above specification from reputed laboratory which is accrediated by NABL at his own cost before carry out work.
30Providing and laying 50mm thick (Consolidated) Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM)in a single layer with100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 % by weight oftotal mix using bitumen of paving grade VG-30 as per IS-73-2006 as per approved mixed design, transporing the hot mix to work site, laiying with a hydraustatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with rollers specified in Technical specification complete to achieve desired compaction complete as perMORTH spec for Grading-II (26.5mm nominal size) as per drawing or as directed by the Engineer. NOTE:- 1) Contrctor has to produce design mix for BC/SDBM as per above specification from reputed laboratory which is accrediated by NABL at his own cost before carry out work. 2) Contractor has to submit purchase bill copyof bitumen alongwith test certificate to EIC which isto be used in work. 3) Contractor has to store required quantity of aggregate materials at hot mix plant before commencing work.
31Providing and laying 30mm thick Bituminous concrete (BC)/SDBM as wearing course in a single layer with100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.5 % by weight oftotal mix using bitumen of paving grade VG-30 as per IS-73-2006 as per approved mixed design, transporing the hot mix to work site, laiying with a hydraustatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with rollers specified in Technical specification complete to achieve desired compaction complete as perMORTH spec for Grading-II (13mm nominal size) andas per drawing or as directed by the Engineer. NOTE:- 1) Contrctor has to produce design mix for BC/SDBM as per above specification from reputed laboratory which is accrediated by NABL at his own cost before carry out work. 2) Contractor has to submit purchase bill copyof bitumen alongwith test certificate to EIC which isto be used in work. 3) Contractor has to store required quantity of aggregate materials at hot mix plant before commencing work.
32Providing and laying 09 mm thick(0.09 cum in 10 sqm)Seal coatin a single layer with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using bitumen of paving grade VG-30 as per IS-73-2006 with 7.0 % by weight of bitumen of total mix and crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixe with bituminous binder of approved grade as per approved mixed design, transporing the hot mix to work site, laiying with a hydraustatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with rollers specified in Technical specification complete to achieve desired compaction complete as perMORTH spec and as per drawing or as directed by the Engineer. NOTE:- 1) Contrctor has to produce design mix for Seal coat as per above specification from reputed laboratory which is accridiated by NABL at his own cost before carry out work. 2) Contractor has to submit purchase bill copyof bitumen alongwith test certificate to EIC which isto be used in work. 3) Contractor has to store required quantity of aggregate materials at hot mix plant before commencing work.
33Providing and laying single coat of Tack coat @ of 5 kg/10 SqM on existing bitumenous surface of paving using grade of bitumen of VG-10 (low viscocity liquid bitumenous material) as per IS-73 -2006. The tack coat shall be applied by a self propelled / towed bitumen pressure sprayer, equipped for spraying the material uniformally at a specified rate mentioned in the item (hand spraying shall not be permitted except in small areas) complete work as specified inMoRTH 5th edition and as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE:- 1) Contractor has to submit purchase bill copyof bitumen alongwith test certificate which isgoing tobe used in work to EIC before commencing work
34Providing and applying primer coat using bituminous emulsion of grade SS (Slow setting) Grade-I, over prepared surface of WMM witha temperature between 20 - 60 deg. C and applying a uniform coat with the aid of self propelled bitumen pressure spraying bar with nozzles of constant volume of pressure system @ 10Kg/10Sqm including all materials, labour, machinery with all leads and lifts etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.
35Providing and laying hot applied Thermoplastic road marking compound in approved colour in white shade from reputed manufacturer like asian paints /Nerolac / Berger for various road marking on bituminous / concrete road surface of specified width and 2.5mm thick with spreading reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area using fully automatic extrusion machine and using premelter for melting thermoplastic material including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site/premarking, finishing and managing the traffic control etc. complete the thermoplastic paint shall be conforming to IS:164 / BS :3262 /As per MORTH specification work shall be carried out as per IRC:35-1997. marking to be done as per technical specifications, detailed drawings, cleaning, labour, material, tools, equipment with incidental cost complete and as directedby the Engineer in charge. NOTE:- 1) Contractor has to submit purchase bill copyof thermoplastic paint from manufactureralongwith test certificate to EIC which isto be used in work.
36Providing and applying Asphalt Painting on B.T surface (over SDBM/Seal coat ) with bitumen V.G.30 at the rate of 5kg/10 sq.m. by deploying bitumen mechanical sprayer machine and spreading stone dust on painted surface at the rate of 0.03 cum/ 10 sqm including cleaning of existitng / new road surface by deploying compressor machine, all materials, labour, tools and tackles with lall leads and lifts etc. Complete and as directed by Engineer in charge and as per MORTH specification. NOTE:- 1) Contractor has to submit purchase bill copyof bitumen alongwith test certificate which isgoing tobe used in work to EIC before commencing work
37Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete(150 m m thk or as perEIC instruction)
38Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) 22.5 cm thick at site.

All kinds of drawings shall be approved after review of ENC.All approved copy will be submittedin soft as well as hard copy as defined in technical specification(3 sets each drawing) and as per ENC instruction. Note: 1. All structural drawings shall be approved by M-Tech Structure person having 3 year experience. 2. Field investigation for design parameter having domain knowledge field tests/lab tests.
