Supply, Installation and commissioning of Advanced HDR Brachytherapy system with Radiation dosimetry & Mould room accessoriesas mentioned in the technical specification including 5 years onsite warranty (Basic price in column 3 to be offered in USD/EURO/INR, others in INR)1.Cost of all accessories/components with specified quantityas asked in the technical specification (excluding installation ,commissioning & GST)has to be quoted (uploaded) in separate price bid PDF format (Format-B) as price break up of total price quoted in excel BoQ(column 3) and shall be approved & valid for 5 years from date of approval.2. Cost of any other accessories/consumables along with other spare part required for functioning of the machine other than as asked in the technical specification has to be mentioned in separate price bid PDFformat (Format-C) for reference purpose. However, this shall not be taken into account for evaluation.
