Name of Work: Overhauling & servicing of 1 no. VT pump, cable termination at incomer & servicing of 11 kV VCB with supply of necessary spares and allied works at Storm Water Drainage Pumping Station inside Jayashree Textile Mill under Rishra Municipality.

1	Decoupling , removing, withdrawing the LT motor of capacity 160 KW from motor stool base after removable of LT connection and cable from cable end box, earth connection & other accessories as connected and stacking the motor properly on wooden block with the help of necessary tools and tackles as required.
2	Removal of the motor stool after disconnecting cooling water line connection etc. removing of lower half coupling adjusting nuts and N.R.R key. Removal of T.B.H. unit and stacking them in repairing bay as per direction of the EIC.
3	Removal of packing box sleeve, split packing, gland packing box assembly and stacking them as per direction of the EIC.
4	Disconnecting the pump discharge branch from the delivery line and lifting thetotal pump assembly after removing the cap screw between discharge head and sole plate by removing top column assemblydischarge elbow assembly including all shafts coupling and the bowl assembly on proper support (Requried M.S. channels to provide support to pump assembly and mechanical tools and tackles i.eGas cutting etc. as needed to execute this item if work are to be provided by the contractor at his own cost.
5	Dismantling part by part of complete T.B.H unit of Pump .
6	Cleaning the pump wellas per direction of the EIC.
7	Supplying of the following consumable to be utilised.A)TBH Cooling Oil grade 46. (Make: SERVO PRIME)
8	Re-assembly of TBH unit part by part with supplied of consumable materials & trial run complete at work site as per satisfaction of EIC.
9	Reinstallation of the pump assembly part by part after changing all the worn out parts i.e. shafts, bearing, sleeves,coupling ofthe pump set.(All gasket, fastners,white paint & sundry materialssuch as HT nuts & bolts as requried for the installation are to be supplied by the contractor at his own cost).
10	Cleaning the motor and removing dust from inside the by suitable degreasing & regreasing the motor bearing with approved quality grease (to be supplied by the contractor) as per direction of the EIC.
11	Re-installation of the motor stool and motor by making proper allignment with the line shaft and motor coupling within permissible limit, fixing coupling bolts and nuts, worn out rubber pads of the coupling bolts are to be replaced by supplying new rubber pads by the contractor at his own cost.Making re-connection of the cooling water line, refixing and re-arrangement of the L.T cable and connection of the same to the motor terminals and commissioning of the pump-motor set is to be carried out under the supervision of an expert of the said job in order to get better performance.
12	Supply, delivery and installation of vacuum interrupter at incoming feeder for 11 kV VCB as per direction of the EIC.[Rated Voltage : 11 kV, Rated Capacity : 800 Amp,Type of Breaker : PIX-MV]
13	Supply, delivery and installation of supporting insulator at incoming feeder [Rated Voltage : 11 KV, Rated Capacity : 800 Amp,Type of Breaker : PIX -MV] as per direction of the EIC.
14	Servicing and overhauling of 800 Amp, 11 KV VCB dismanling the rack from the housing, opening the components, necessary cleaning ofthe component, carbonised portion, changing of rubber gasket, defective parts, cleaning of all mechanism parts and lubricatingthe mechanism, opening of C.T & P.T.S.,busbar spout assembly cleaning the same and insulated properly by supply of C.T.C etc. and refitting all the parts to its original position by making all relevant electrical connection, panel wiring etc. for satisfactory & operation complete as per direction of EIC.
