1Disassembling BTS installations at ground floor( operation includes disconnecting, removing cards, cables, wave guides, antenna, power plant, batteries bank, wave guide tray and otherequipments if any) and carrying down theantennas, wave guides and other installations at terrace with the help of chain pulley system or other mechanical means (stair is prohibited for security reasons)from terraceand stacking atground. Due care must be taken to avoid damage to equipments and cables during disassembling and lowering down. Due care must also be taken to avoid injury to human and damages to building and other nearby properties as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
2Dismantling of 6m, 3 legged braced Pole RTT and stacking of material at site as per direction of Engineer in charge. (Proper care should be taken to protect human lives and damage to structures nearby). The operation will involve cutting of the poles at the base of the pedestal mechanically. The cost also includes cost of hire and transportation charges for tools & plants involved in the work.
3Carriage ofDismantled 6m braced pole RTT materials includindingnuts, bolts etc complete, BTS equipment, power plant module, Battery bank, cables etc complete from site to proposed site at MAX building at 2nd floor and 3rd floor, including stacking of dismantled/Dismembered materials properly at the new site (item/Rate includes cost of truck hire, all operation involved in the job including loading at old site and unloading & lifting at new site upto floor four level) as per direction of Engineer in charge.
4Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :
51:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources)
6Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources).
7Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :
8Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform
9Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers
10Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts
11Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.
12Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.
13Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).
14Labour for hoisting, fixing and erection of 6m, 3 legged fabricated braced pole tower with all its necessary components, fixing with bolts, nuts and springwashers, necessary welding etc.wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.(NOTE: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries and nothing will be paid extra).
15Providing earthing with 4 nos. copper earth plate of size 600x600x3 mm thick placed vertically in the excavated pit of size 2000x2000x3000 mm . The plate shall be interconnected with 50x6 mm G.I. Strip. The assembling shall be connected to ring earth by 50x6 mm G.I. Strip. The strips shall be taken through 20 mm CPVC G.I.pipe. The bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer shall be of copper. The pits is filled with char coal and salt up to a depth of 900 mm, remaining portion shall be filled with good quality black soil without stones. The brick masonry chamber shall be provided at ground level of size 300x300x300 mm with a hole in the middle to pass the CPVC. pipe of 20 mm dia with a provision for funnel and CI cover with C.I.frame. The funnel shall be fixed with wire mesh.The manhole cover shall be painted and marked with the value of earth resistance including measurement of earth resistance by earth megger etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The value of earth resistance should be less than 0.50 Ohm and nothing extra shall be paid for getting earth resistance less than 0.50 ohm.
16Providing and fixing copper spike type lightening arrester made of 10mm OD copper pipe with 10 mm ISRO bar copper fitted to 120 degree rod size 5mm with necessary fixtures at the top of tower. The spike shall be insulated from tower by teflon materials. The pipe shall be connected to copper plate earthing by 50*3mm GI flat with proper fixing arrangement as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (The GI flat shall be paid for separately).
17Providing and fixing 50 x 3 mm GI strip from the top of the tower ,one end of the strip connected to copper spike lightening arrestor ,and another end left free after making necessary holes at ground levels for connection to plate earthing at a later stage complete as perdirection of Engineer-in -charge.
