4	M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand brick workabove plinth
5	25 mm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor (1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 25mm nominal size laid in one layer neat cement.
6	12 mm thick plaster for rough surface in 1:6 cement & sand (F.M) 1.25
7	Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) nondecorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters:35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.as per SO.R 470
