    Tender For Works Obtaining Final clearance & approval for the diversion of the required Forest Land coming under submergence and damn allied works from the Government of India, MoEF&CC under Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Adhiniyam 1980 & Van (Sanrakshan Evam Samvardhan) Rules 2023, by preparing proposal for forest land acquisition with essential survey, forest boundary fixing, mapping, tree enumeration, arranging forest officials visit to site with transport facility, procuring all the required certificates from concerned local bodies, Revenue, & forest authorities, all required correspondence & papers for transfer of alternative Non forest land to forest department in-lieu of forest land to be diverted, preparing required maps, geo-reference maps, KML files & preparing forest land diversion proposal in required copies (10) Submitting it to forest department online, with follow up and satisfactory compliance of all the remarks at various stages, do all needful paperwork up to final clearance of forest land from the competent authority of forest department and handing over of forest land to Water Resources Department with all allied works & instructions given by Executive Engineer and Forest officials etc. complete. a) Forest Arca to be diverted is less than 5.00 ha b) Forest Area to be diverted is More than 5.00 ha and less than 40.00 ha. c) Forest Area to be diverted is More than 40.00 ha
