Tender For Boiler Cleaning-Repairing For Mhat Plant-1- Two Boilers Of 35 Ton Capacity, One Of 25 Ton Capacity And One Boiler Of 30 Ton Capacity, Inside And Outside The Tube ( Including The Platform And Floor And Within 15 Meter Circumference Around The Boiler ) Are Fully Lined Etc. Cleaning ( Cleaning Of Coconut Rope Will Have To Be Done With Emery Paper And A Scrubber Made Of Lotus Leaf ) So That The Accumulated Ash And Scale On It Is Completely Removed So That The Actual Lump Of Tube Becomes Visible And Painting. 2-04 No. Cleaning Of All The Tubes Of The Boiler And The Inner Surface Of All The Air Deaerator Tubes. The Above Cleaning Will Have To Be Done By Rotating Each Tube Separately With A Mechanical Cutter And Then By Running A Mechanical Bush. After Cleaning, Clean The Tubes With Water; Scale Inside The Tubes Must Be Removed. And The Actual Surface Should Be Visible And Painting. Scraping And Thoroughly Cleaning And Painting The Inner Surface Of Steam And Mud Drums Of All Four Boilers. 3- Emery Inside And Outside Of The Id / Fd Fan Of All Four Boilers, The Boiler Wet Scrubber And The Ducting From The Wet Scrubber To The Chimney. Cleaning Thoroughly By Scraping Paper And Bush And After Cleaning, Painting From Inside And Removing All The Ashes From Inside The Chimney. Clean Thoroughly. Boiler No. 3 ( Complete Economizer Tubes Of Taxmaco Make ( Size 101-6Mm Od. Length-42No. Dismantling Each Boiler, Cleaning The Inside Of The Coil ( Tubes ) With A Separate Cutter And Cleaning The Outer Surface ( Fins ) . Including ) Thoroughly Cleaning With Coconut And Chicken Net, Painting The Tubes, Header Casing Etc. Inside And Outside. Of The Above Work Taking Out All The Fins From The Tube Along With The Extra Headers Removing And Cleaning The Bends Painting All The Flanges And Their Assemblies Includes Cleaning After Hydraulic Testing. Along With The Above Work, Remove, Clean And Fit The Upper Cover Of The Economizer. 4- Complete Economizer Tube ( Size 50 Mm Od X 4.06Mm Thickx5995mm Length-140 No ) Of Boiler No. 4 ( Wil Make ) Dismantling And Cleaning The Inside Of The Coil ( Tube ) Using A Separate Cutter And Cleaning The Outer Surface ( Including Fins ) Of Coconut And Cock Mesh. Cleaning Thoroughly And Painting The Outside Of Tubes, Dadar Casing Etc. All Fins Of Tube With Deadder In Addition To Above Work. Removal And Cleaning Of Bends Includes Painting And Hydraulic Testing Of All Flanges And Their Assemblies. , Along With The Above Work, Remove, Clean And Fit The Upper Cover Of The Economizer. 5-Cleaning The Coils Of Economizer Of Boiler Number 01 And 02 Thoroughly With Water. 6- Drain Out All The Water From Both The Overhead Feed Tanks Of The Boiler And Thoroughly Clean And Paint Their Inner Surface.
