7SCH "A" PART IX (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Schedule "A" Part-II.
8Supply and fixing hazard division symbol double sided board of size 1500 x 1500 mm by using double legged informatory sign board fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe, boards of high intensity Green/blue or in colour as required by using retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/ aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) of Green/Blue or required colour as per user complete all as specified and as directed.
9NOTES :- (i) The computerized cut AVERY DENNINSON sheet shall be fixed with suitable adhesive to alco bond/ aluminium sheet painted with epoxy paint to standard make, fixed to structural steel frame work of MS pipe of size 35 x 35mm square pipe with nuts, bolt/rivets ensuring safety against removal of plates. (ii) The lettering shall be computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheeting (AVERY DENNISON) and mechanically fixed on this board of Green/Blue colour or required color. Then these two separate boards shall be fixed back to back on single frame to two vertical posts of 50mm square pipe 2.5 mtr long to be painted in black and white alternative bands of 25cm height with synthetic enamel paint complete in all respect. (iii) This board on single frame shall be embedded in PCC 1:4:8, type D2 of required size including necessary excavation in post hole all as specified and as directed.
10Supply and fixing double legged informatory sign board single side of size 1200 x 1200 mm, fixed on single frame and meeting back to back on the square pipe, board of high intensity Green/blue or in colour as required by using retro-reflective sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 2 mm thick Alco bond/ aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting (AVERY DENNINSON) of Green/Blue or required colour as per user complete all as specified and as directed.

12INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
13Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm as main cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor on wall and surface wiring on ceiling / roof with necessary fixing arrangements using approved colour coding as per IS with single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of specified size multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade, IS-694 marked, drawn through ISI Marked (IS 9537 Part II) ERW stove enamelled rigid steel conduit suitable for wiring, not less than 20mm dia with all MS conduit accessories/ fittings such as junction boxes, bends, tee, elbow etc., and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.
14Notes : (i) Rates of flame proof junction boxes, flame proof unions and couplings, rotary switch shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) One rotary switch shall control 2 to 3 Nos FP Points fitting. (iii) 3 runs of 2.5 sqmm cable and 1 run of conduit shall be measured as 1 unit .(iv) Rates of flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer etc. shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
15Supply and fix flame proof and weather proof switch rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16 A, single pole, 250 V suitable for hazardous locations of Zone 1 & 2, Ex "d" with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete all as specified and as directed.
16Supply and fixing surface mounted flame proof junction box 3 to 4 way 20 mm minimum all as per relevant IS for flame proof sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed.
17Supply and fixing surface mounted flame proof union (male, female type) dia 20 mm minimum all as per relevant IS for flame proof sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed.
18Supply and fixing flame proof coupling dia 20 mm all as per relevant IS for the flame proof sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed.
19Supply and fixing SMRI certified LED flame proof 2 x 16/20 Q, tube light fixture recommended for ammunition shed, IP65 protection complete with all accessories internally prewired complete all as specified and as directed.
20Supply and fixing LED 60 W flame proof bulk head light fitting properly earthed suitable for hazardous locations of Zone 1 & 2 Ex "d" with relevant IS & IP65 protection complete with all mounting attachments complete all as specified and as directed.
21Material and labour for earthing with galvanized iron earth plate of size 600 mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate packed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150 mm connected by GI wire 4 mm dia at two points soldered and riveted to earth plate, GI earth wire protected by using 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe, watering pipe GI 20 mm dia medium grade 2.5 mtr long with funnel, wire mesh etc. necessary earth/brick work and PCC work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre, chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, coping in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate,
22RCC pit cover 50 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm MS bar at 80 mm C/C both way, flame funnel wire mesh, testing on completion all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 2009 complete all specified and as directed. Note:- Quantity of GI earth wire & protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately.
23Supply and fixing weather proof distribution board approved by CMRI Dhanbad of cast aluminium alloy LM6 MCB type SPN 8 way with and including 32 Amps SPN MCB as incoming - 01 No with rotary switch and MCB SP "C" series 10 KA 6-32 Amps - 6 Nos with rotary switch as outgoings complete all as specified and as directed.
24EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY
25Material and labour for Cutting/ Demolition of PCC/Hard Standing Plinth Protection/WBM Road not exceeding 30 cm in width and not exceeding 45 cm in depth for passing ofLT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e. bitumen/PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete all as specified and as directed.
26Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar box, weather andf vermin proof, factory fabricated, cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick with mounting on frame of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm, fixed on ground but not less than 30 cm high from ground level, suitable for 415 Volt, 3 phase, 4 wire system with front openable each compartment with PVC star screwing hinged arrangement including locking arrangement with sliiding bolts, internal wiring complete with suitable size copper conductor cable for metering system and CTs complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of following equipments/fitments complete :-
27(i) MCB, 4 Pole, 40 Amps - 01 No (ii) Isolator SPN 32 Amps - 4 Nos (c) Digital type VAF complete - 1 No (d) Indicator lamp RYB - 1 set (e) Aluminium bus bars 200 Amps rating, 3 Nos for phases and one No for neutral of half capacity - 1 set (f) PCC foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including earthwork, rendering etc. complete all as specified - 1 job. NOTE :- (i) LT feeder pillar box shall be CPRI approved. (ii) All MCBs & Isolator shall be fitted in vertical position.
28Material and labour forearthing complete with GI mild steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground veritcally (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and earth plate connected to GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic bodies of equipment etc. at other end, earth strip encased in and
29including 40mm bore GI lightgrade pipe with all fitting from top of electrode to the body of equipment fixed with and including 25 x 4mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including GI pipe 20 mmlight grade for watering from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode including GI funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C1 in cement concrete 40mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 c/c both ways with 01 No lifting handle of 12mm dia MS plain bar, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (i) Quantity of GI strip/ protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) 2 Nos of earthing under this item shall be for External Electrification and 32 Nos of earthing shall be for Lightening Protection.
30ROAD/PATH/CULVERT/FIREBREAK
31Material and labour for 150mm WMM in two layers (each layer of 75mm)conforming to the gradinggiven in Table 400-13 and physical requirement as per Table 400-12,spread with mechanical means and rolled using 8-10 Tonne vibratory power roller over compacted sub grade surface as specified in clause 406.3.5 on page 134-135 MORTH specification complete all as specified and as directed.
32Labour only including all necessary equipments for finishing 150 mm thick paving tremic concrete using vaccum dewatering method complete all as specified and as directed.
33LIGHTENING PROTECTION
34Supply and fixing ready made type PVCjunction box IP65 of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm having shutter and lefting knob with provision of earthing strip entry glands and fixing the box on wall/poles with suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
35Supply and fixing stay assembly for angle iron/pole of lightening conductor comprising of 7/3.15 mm galvanized mild steel stranded stay wire of required length fixed to angle iron/pole with and including flat iron clamp of size 50 mm x 6 mm with bolts, nuts, washers, stay rod of 16 mm dia, 2.15 metres long, stay bow, with nuts, bolts, washers, galvanized steel plate 230 mm x 230 mm x 6 mm and 2 Nos thimbles including necessary PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Excavation and earthwork in any type of soil shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
36EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY
37Material and labour for valve chamber 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal) with fly ash brick masonry 230 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation 75 mm thick finished fair and even, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) coping 150 mm thick on top of brick wall for fixing chamber cover, 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 plaster on exposed surfaces of brick wall (both internal and external), MS cover 3 mm thick including MS angle iron 40x40x6 mm size frame fixed to PCC coping with same size of angle iron hold fast and with necessary handle and locking arrangement, metal surfaces duly painted with black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and finishing the masonry/concrete surface with 3 coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and as directed.
