| 2 | The complete scope of work is as under: 1) Dismantlingof cooler assembly and extraction of piping arrangement from the shell of the cooler along with the mounting plates. 2) Removal of all 158 cuprous alloy (copper-nickel) Pipelines from the plates. 3) Cleaning and surface preparation of inner side of shell.4) Fabrication of mounting plates and dividing plates.5) Cutting and assembling of 158 nos. new cuprous alloy Pipelines of actual length as per the dimension of existing pipelines and alignment of the same in the holes of the mounting plates. 6) Expansion of the all 158 nos. new cuprous alloy pipelines inside the plate using the suitable expansion method.7) Insertion of assembly inside the shell and final locking of mounting plates so as to achieve zero leakage.8) Fabrication and assembling of dividing plate of cooler. 9) Inspection of complete assembly and hydro static pressure testing of the shell and tube arrangement shall be carried out upto 10 kg.cm² as per standard practices. There should be no leakages from any pipe and shell.10) The complete assembly shall be painted with rust proof paint of superior quality. |
