Ensure selection of Supervisor & Technicians as per job execution & AM/NS approved MSA.,, 4. Ensure completion of required training as per MSA for all his Supervisor & Technicians.,, 5. Ensure availability of required Safety PPEs to their Supervisor & Technicians (FRP Helmet, FRP Jacket, Safety shoe, Safety goggles, Safety hand gloves and Nose mask).,, 6. Supervisor & Technicians should follow all Safety norms of AM/NS India.,, 7. Certified Welding Machine with short cable & its consumables will be supplied by Contractor.,, 8. Certified Cutting set and its consumables will be supplied by Contractor.,, 9. Tools & Tackles, lifting belts and Chain Pulley Blocks is in Contractor’s scope. He must have certificates for all tools and tackles in a single file.,, 10. Contractor should submit job certification sheet duly signed by Execution engineer & Section in-charge with SAP Notification no.,, 11. Co-ordination for internal plant movement is in Contractor’s scope. ,, 12. Penalty will be imposed in case of noncompliance to HSE norms.,, c. Penalty will be applicable due to poor workmanship, safety violation, damage to AM/NS property from contractor side.,, d. As per Management Directive, transport / movement of associates to & fro for Plant should by mandatorily in 4 Wheelers and Buses. Bicycles and Two wheelers are strictly not allowed.,, Scope of Work- AM/NS INDIA: 1. Supervision and Job certification for executed jobs is in AM/NS scope. 2. Provision of Drawing & Design is in AM/NS scope as per plant requirement. 3. Provision of all Spares including Paint for fabrication job execution is in AM/NS scope. (if any) 4. Provision of all Structural materials-angle, channel, beam, plates, pipes, etc. is in AM/NS scope. 5. Co-ordination for shutdown and work permit is in AM/NS scope. 6. Drinking water, Power supply, lighting facilities, etc. for workmen at Plant site is in AM/NS scope. 7. To & Fro arrangement for ready Equipment shifting is in AM/NS scope. 8. Sand Blasting and Painting for the jobs are in AM/NS scope. 9. All welding electrodes which do not come under AWS specification (special electrode) are in AM/NS scope. 10. Hydraulic Power pack, jack are in AM/NS scope (if required). 11. All required NDT items will be provided by AM/NS Scope. 12. Scaffolding will be arranged by AM/NS, if required.
