| 116 | Outsourcing services for day to day maintenance of all plants,Hedge, Grassprovided under Sch A Part-Iby watering, taking out weeds, manuring the organic manure at regular intervals, using chemical fertilizers, spraying pesticides etc. for healty growth including trimming branches/grass to maintain proper shape etc. all as per standard gardening practice for a period of two year from the certified date of completion of entire workby employing 01 No Mali (unskilled) per day of 08 hrs duration except on Sundays and holidays complete as specified and directed. Note :Water shall be supplied by MES free of cost for maintaining the grass and plants. Contractor shall be responsible for all necessary arrangements for collection and conveyance of water from MES water supply points/ source up to 5 km from the site. Necessary water tanker with tractor,water browser ,PVC pipe,sprinkler etc required for watering purpose is the responsibility of the contractor.Manure and pesticide required for maintenance of the plantfor two years shall be the resposibility of the contractor. Quoted Rates shall deemed to include for all these aspect. |
