31Labour charges for erection of ground based four legged narrow base flood light self supporting angular communication tower as per drawing and relevant IS safety codes including sorting, hoisting, bolting , fixing the members in position, making minor additions/alteration (if required) at site all steel sections / fittings and fixtures upto required levels with necessary T&P required all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 32Structural steel work revited, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work , including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position and appliying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
33Supply of galvanised Nuts & bolts as per required size for 40 mtr GBT as per direction and satisfction of E-in-c .
34Supplying bed plates, templates, anchor bolts & nuts for fixing at base of tower manufatured from 32 mm dia mild steel bar of required length as per structureal drawing conforming to IS 2062 threadedat top up to 150 mm length and welded with lugs made from 100 mm x 100mm x 10 mm thick mild steel plate at 50 mm from bottom & other lugs as per structural drawing including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos ( Nut & check nut ) and MS spring washers etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge . Rate including the cost of the materials , all taxes & carriage
35Supplying at site galvanised steel tower materials consisting of M.S. Pipe ( medium quality), angle, flat, bars gusset plates, climbing ladders, vertical and horizontal cable carrying ladder, working platform, antenna fixtures, base plates, connecting plates etc. all fabricated including cutting, drilling holes and welding etc. as per approval drawing for erection of roof top pole / tower . The structural steel for tower shall confirm to IS : 2062-1992 I.S. 1363-1992 & I.S : 12427 and fabricationshall be as per IS : 4757 . The structural steel section produced by only main producers like SAIL, RINL, TISCO, JINDAL shall be used for fabrication of tower material. The rate shall include cost of all material , labours, tools, plants & machineries and carrying the materials to the site including loading and unloading, shorting and stacking at ground floor for all leads, taxes, dutes and ancillary work in handling of the pole materials.
36Taking out existing steel gate and re-fixing the same foropening outer side including cutting and making good the wall same as per direction of E-I-C.
37Sub Head :Flooringwork
38P/F antistatic homogeneous compositionwith especialy carbon black conductive layer PVC sheet manufactured as per IS 3462-1986 in flooring in approved patterns on smooth anddamp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacture like Dunlop S-758,Fevicol SR-998 or equivalent iincluding rolling with light wooden roller weight about 5 kg all as per direction of Engineer in charge: 2mm thick sheet.
39Providing and fixing copper flat strips 25 X 0.5 mm under antistatic flooring i/c coper screws all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

43Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. (a) One or more coat on on old work
44Applying two or more coats of highglosssyntheticenamelpaintof approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and pattern over and including one or morebase coatsof zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on 40 meter high tower all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

46Sub Head : Aluminium Work
47Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :
48a) For fixed portion(i)Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
49b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately). (i)Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)
50Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):
51a) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm)
52Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.
53Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sideson both sides.
54Refixing available old serviceable Aluminium door shutter with frame for smooth operation including taking out door with frame, dismembering aluminium door sections, taking out panelling, reassembling the door shutter with aluminium cleats with screws, rivets & refixing the available panelling in position with snap beading & fixing the shutter in position with necessary stainless steel hinges with rivets or pivots with necessary screws etc complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.
55Refixing available old serviceable Aluminium door shutter with frame for smooth operation including taking out door with frame, dismembering aluminium door sections, taking out panelling, reassembling the door shutter with aluminium cleats with screws, rivets & refixing the available panelling in position with snap beading & fixing the shutter in position with necessary stainless steel hinges with rivets or pivots with necessary screws etc complete as directed by the Engineer In charge.
