2Cement Concrete with 4 Cm. Gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand of 1.25 F.M. & cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation & floors including all labour, material and T&P. etc. required for proper completion of work.
3Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone grit, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including all labour, material and T&P. etc. required for proper completion of work.
412 mm. (1/2”)thick plaster with cement & fine sand of 1.25 finenss modules in 1:3 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work
5S/F. 10 mm. thick vitrified tile size 24”x24” premier quality flooring or in skirting or dado laid with pidilite chemical finished with white cement & colour jointing and polishing including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
6P/F. 35 mm. thick commercial flush door shutter with including supply & fixing ofwooden cleats & stops & including fixing & adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, spring & all other fitting (but excluding their supply) of all labour, material T&P. etc. required for proper completion of work.
7Approximate cost of ISI marked oxidized Aluminium fitting with screw for door & windows etc.& Stoper, Chutkni, etc including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
8Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 14.5.2 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)
9S/F. Galvanized Mosquito proofheavy quality S.S. Wire gauge heavy quality over windows and including supplu of teak wood batten 8 cm x 1 cm (3"x3/8") flat iron 25mm x 4mm and including supply of necessary screws all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work
10Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
11P/F. ¾” thick , ISI mark, Anti-termite water proofboard havingboth side 0.8mm thick mica pasted, having all side of board 3/4" wide-5mm thick teak wood margin with polished including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
124cm.(1½”) thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2 Cm. (1”)graded approved stone laid in panelsfinished with 3 mm.(1/8”) floating coat of neat cement and marble dust in ratio 5:1 as specified over and including 8 Cm. (3”) thick base concrete consisting of cement, fine sand of 1.25 finess modulas & brick ballast 4 Cm. (1½) gauge in theproportion of 1:4:8 & removing any over lapping mortar at the joints or the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish, including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
13Providing and fixing glass trip of 3.5mm depth and of 5mm thickness in joints of floor and skirting at the time of laying labour, tools & plants etc required for proper completion of the work.
14Dismantling of old skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.
15Providing & fixing at all heights, levels and locations Mill finish Aluminium alloy roofing sheets of alloy IS designation 31500, temper Hx8 conforming to IS 737 and dimensions as per IS code 2676 with characteristics of good formability and corrosion resistance. The profile sheets shall be fixed to truss members in slope or required pitch or curvature with Hex cap headed self drilling/tapping Stainless steel screws M6, 50 mm long with 3 mm EPDM seal washer etc. all inclusive of labour, scaffolding, T&P and sundries etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-In-Charge. (Cost of truss/frame work shall be paid separately). 12.64.1 0.56 mm, Aluminium troughed profile with center to center pitch of 200 mm, depth of 32 mm, overall profile width1092 mm, cover width 1000mm.
16Two coatenamel painting or varnishing sand papering and smooth surface by putty including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
17Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead.
18Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 metre (200 feet).
