10Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) M 10 by RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland PozzolanaCement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cummanufactured by M/s. ACC/ Ultra Tech/ Raasi/ Birla/ Coromandal,with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork, etc., completeand as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
11Supplying and providing Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) manufactured byapproved RMC, Grade M - 30for Road, DG Foundation and Wall foundations etc. with Minimum Cementitious Content390 Kg/Cum up to specified height/level.The Cement used shall be Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland PozzolanaCement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 manufactured by M/s. ACC/ Ultra Tech/ Raasi/ Birla/ Coromandal.The Aggregates used shall be conforming to IS 383 with fine aggregates ascrushed stone sand andcoarse aggregates as graded stone aggregates with 20mm maximum size including mixing super-plasticizer manufactured byM/s. FOSROC/ SIKA/ BASF/ CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer"s Specifications.Also, includingPumping/Liftingconcrete to the required heights/levels, profile/slope, placing, consolidation, finishing,curing, etc.,but excluding Formwork and reinforcement etc., complete and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

13Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using steel pipes/acro stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed for Foundation, pedestals, plinth beams, and walls etc.,

17Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steelwork/ Steel using Square Hollow Sections/Rectangular Hollow Sections/Steel Tubes conforming to IS 4923/ IS 1161/ IS 1239 forBuilt-Up Sections, Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc., using steel manufactured byTata/ Vizag steel/ Sail/ JSW/ JSPL/ Jindal Steels Ltd.,of Yield Strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 includingBolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 and make M/s. Advani/ D&H/ Philips. Also, including surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush 2(Two) coats of Zinc Chromate primer of make M/s. Asian Paints, Johnson and Nicklson, Berger, Nerolac, etc., complete and as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
18Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys/cranes or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting withone coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

20Brick work using quality flyash (nonmodular) bricks of class designation 7.5conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 using crushed stone sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116) at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints above ground level, curing etc.,complete as per specifications and as directed forsub structure etc.

22Sand faced plaster 20 mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfacesand at all heights above plinth level as given below with base coat in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cemen:4 sand)with approved integrated water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, of M/s. Fosroc/Demach/ Huntsman/ Pedilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT or as per manufacturer’s specifications, 12 mm thick and finishing coat in CM 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand), 8 mm thick, final rendering, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds as required, finished smooth internal putty(lapam) ofBirla/Jkofnot less than thickness 1mm(one) thicknes) double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.
23Painting
24Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint with comprehensive warranty of 5 years of required shade of Makes Asian - Apex Advancedor equivalent in Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality haying 100% acrylic, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying andfilling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete. Note :- Minimum Usage Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm. or as per manufacturer"s specification
25Painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint on new workof make Asian, Berger, Nerolac Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac to give an even shade

27Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: Measurement for payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work). Stone shall be used from the site.
28Supplying, lowering, laying, mentioned below the nominal bore, RCC SPUN PIPES (Class NP2)/NP-4 conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

31Dismantling/breaking the existing plain cement concrete surfaces carefully in flooring, ramp etc. to the required size, using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including disposing of debris within a distance of 50 m etc., complete as specified and directed.
32Dismantling very carefully the existing Brick masonry in cement motor with plastering on both sides very carefully at depths/heights above/below plinth level by suitable methods including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacing of useful materials and disposing the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m, etc., complete as specified and directed.
