110.19:Providing and fixing UV resistant multiwalled (twin walled) 8 mm thick translucent, clear or pigmented polycarbonate sheet roofing conforming to IS 14443: 1997 on steel structure with 50 micron polyster powder coated approved alcox aluminium section at the joints spaced @ 1.0 m to 1.20 m c/c as approved by Engineer-in-Charge and weather proof Neoprin/EPDM rubber gasket to make the whole structure waterproof fixed with self drilling screws 50 mm long with neoprin washers at least 15 cm centre to centre or at designed spacing including bending of polycarbonate sheet and alcox section to the required curvature and applying silicon sealant to seal the joints and fixing aluminium U-section of required section to the edges of the sheet for protecting it from breakage etc. with 20 mm long self drilling screws with neoprin washers at least 15 cm c/c and neoprin/EPDM rubber gasket complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
