3	Supply and delivery at site of the following Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specification :- Pump Duty condition :- 28 m³/hr Head :- 60 Mtrs. Rating :- 7.5 HP Shaft :- Stainless steel Impeller :- S.S / G.M Outlet Size :- 80mm/100mm. Motor Submersible type 3 Ph , 50Hz, 415 Volt ± 10% 2900 RPM Motor must be suitable for operation with star delta starter. (Test certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery).
4	Fully automatic star delta starter in sheet -steel enclosure with IP 54 protection and single phase protection feature having relay range 13.2-20 Amp. Contactor Rating 25Amp, Premium (with Short Circuit Protection) Contactor type-N0N.
5	4sq.mm x 3core water proof flat submersible cable (PVC insulated Cables with flexible bright annealed Copper conductor for voltage grade upto 1100 Volts conforming to IS : 694 as amended upto date). for above pump-motor set as per site requirement.
6	100 Amps Re-wireable porcelain fuse unit type TPN Main Switch with steel sheet enclosure (Conforms: IS/IEC600947-1&3).
7	Supply and delivery of the following valves, pipes and gauges etc at site-- (Make: Approved Vendor list of PHED).
8	Heavy type suitable dia. MS suspension clamp along with nuts bolts and washers.
9	80mm dia CIDF Sluice Valve-1 no., Non Return Valve-1 no., CIDF 90° Bend-1no., CI Flanged Tee-1no. Blank Flange-1no., CI/ MS flanged Short Piece 0.50 mtr.-2 nos, CI/ MS flanged pipe 1 mtr.-2 nos. etc as per IS specification and certification for construction of delivery pipe line and wash out line.
10	Heavy type 250mm/Suitable dia split type tube well cover with 12 mm thick clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, air pipe and cable entry with 2 sets heavy type suspension clamp, nuts, bolts and washer as per departmental design.
11	Anti snapping safety device for pump set by supplying suitable size of MS angle busket and nylon rope of required length includingsupplying of nuts, bolts and all other materials.
12	150mm dial Pressure gauge [Range 0-7kg/cm²] with glycerine filling inside the dial including brass cock and fitting complete [This cost includes 15mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials].
13	100mm dial Depth gauge capable to measure direct reading in feet with steel air pipe with all accessories and including supply of good quality hand pump. [This cost includes 15mm. dia G.I. pipes and specials].
14	Making brick pillar 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.75 Mtr/Suitable hight for supporting of valves and pipes with 12mm thick plaster and net cement finish complete.
15	Installation of the materials (to be supplied under above sl no. 2.01 to 9.00) Pump motor set with column pipes, valves, motor starter fitting-fixing pressure gauge, depth gauge & drawing delivery out-let & washout line with the supplied specials/accessories by providing antisnapping cage of suitable size including supply of cable gland, sockets, wooden board, control cable etc including brick, sand, cement rod etc as required to complete the job as per direction and upto the entire satis faction of the EIC.
16	Making Earthing arrangement as per following --
17	Excavation of soil for installation of Earth electrode and filling and ramming for soft soil.
18	Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long with TATA-Medium GI pipe with a provision to connect 25mm X 6mm GI flat strip complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.
19	Supplying & fixing of earth Busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 50mm X 6mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulator etc as required.
20	Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 50mm X 6mm galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection of equipments incld. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.
21	Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36cm X 86.36cm X 46cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25cm width duly plaster with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56cm X 35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46nos. 12mm dia holes on the GI pipe.
22	Extra treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal or coke for plate electrode.
23	Installation and commissioning of above supplied Chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and dawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stonechips] and neat cement finish by supplying all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC (Departmental supplied).
