Washing, cleaning &mopping the R.Room consists of 28 rooms, toilets, kitchens and maintenance of kitchen equipments, bathroom &, baranda etc. &cleaning of the surrounding area measuring 13500 Sqft. in total and removal of garbage to nominated dust bins. Spray of disinfectants in rooms &provision of naphthalene balls in urinal pots .Supply of bed rolls to running room occupants, washing of bed rolls &cooking &serving of meals to staff and supply of News papers and weekly magazines and maintenance of furniture and equipments like TV, heaters, mosquito repellents, book shelves, carpets and DTH services, maintenance of horticulture/ lawn in Running Room complex. Loading &Un-loading of driverÃ??Ã?Â¢??s khana boxes of all incoming / outgoing trains Drivers round the clock &secure them at nominated place at Budgam J&K). In addition to this a canteen shall be run and managed by the contractor for at least 250 Railway employees on no profit-no loss basis as per the enclosed Menu. The kitchen, dining hall, cooking and serving utensils shall be provided by the Railway and cooking gas stove and all other arrangements shall be done by the contractor.
