(iii) A penalty of 1% per week, maximum 10% of contractual amount will be levied on the delay in providing any design & drawing by the consultant. (iv) Contract can be terminated at any time for the delay & any lapse on the part of consultant and a penelty of 10% will be levied. |

| 7 | Data Collection Survey: Details of existing APS, STP, Strom Water Drain, Natural Drain passing through area or any other naturally available carried and storage spaces,network, disposal, water body if any, over/underground services and other required details etc. This will also cover carrying out details survey of top/ground road level. Invert bed levels regular required intervals of existing drains/proposed drains at regular/required intervals including preparation of cross sections as well as L-section etc. |
| 8 | Carrying out topographic survey: Details of wall to wall/full plot width, including all physical appearances of temporary/permanent structures, poles, trees, central divider, footpaths, kerbs, D.P. drains, strom water drains, machine holes, catch pits, existing structures and any other required details etc. complete. |
| 9 | Preparation of detailed structure design of pump house & other allied structures including sump well, hydraulic design, working and structural drawing for execution |
| 10 | Preparation of plan, cross sections of 30 mt./regular/required internals as well as L-section on basis of above mentioned survey work etc |

| 14 | • Preparation of detail working and structural drawings/design along with calculations as per prevailing BIS codes, NBC and best engineering practices for execution. • All details design, working and structural drawings for the entire work including additional sump well, improvement of existing sump well, pump house requirement of pump house/pumping set by considering the peak in flow of return period as prescribed in relevant codes with applicable retention time shall be submitted in 5 sets in form of editable soft copies and hard copies by the consultant within the stipulated time period from the work awarded to him. |
| 15 | • Preparation of preliminary/final design drawings and estimates/specifications as per latest/prevailing SORs/Approved Rate Analysis and preparation new SOR/Rate/Analysis as per market etc. • Frequent site visits during execution of work and give necessary modifications if required according to site situation. • Issuing structural stability certificate after completion of work (For Executed work) • Providing full fledged assistance to MCD & third party agencies etc. • Consultant shall follow best engineering practice and code of ethics. |
| 16 | Design & Tendering Consultancy |
| 17 | • This includes scope of work as (A) design consultancy for pump house, sump well, E&M equipments, rising main etc. including all components required for making the pump house functional. • Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) as per latest/prevailing SORs/Approved Rate Analysis. • Submission of DPR in hard & soft copy as required by MCD. • Preparation of Tender Document, Tender Elevation till award of work and recommendation for acceptance or rejection of Tender. |
| 18 | • Preparation of detailed structure design of pump house & other allied structures including sump well, hydraulic design, working and structural drawing for execution and submission of all detail calculation and drawing for both designs. • All detail design, its calculations, working and structural drawings for the entire work shall be submitted by the consultant within the one month from the work awarded to the contractor. In case of addition/introduction of new venders, consultant should have to take approval from MCD. • Attending Pre Bid Meeting, prepare meeting summery note & clarify the questions that raise from potential bidders during and after the pre bid meeting. • Carrying out revision of estimate/hydraulic/structure design during execution if needed as per instruction of MCD and or its appointed agency. |
| 19 | • Approval of Bill of Quality at Tender Stage. • The consultant shall follow best engineering practice and code of ethics. • Details presentation shall be made as per requirements and make coordinate with Govt. Agency for approval. |
| 20 | Reports and Documents The consultancy shall furnish to the MCD following reports and document (alongwith all other necessary data, reports, documents etc.) in additional to those mentioned in the terms of reference in the number of copies, as stated. All report and documents shall be in English and the relevant Soft Copies (in editable formats) shall be in software as decided by MCD. |
