| 2 | Chair Easy (FD-229) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 640mm long, 720mm wide and 740mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood (MP). Legs shall be out of 40mm dia. Front legs shall be joined together with front rail of 50mm x 25mm in section. Back rear legs shall joined together with rear rail of 50mm x 25mm in section. Seat shall be trapezoidal in shape with 510mm long front and 480mm long at rear. Back of seat frame shall be out of 70mm x 40mm and front of seat frame shall be out of 55mm x 25mm in section tea wood. Side frame of back rest shall be out of 70mm x 25mm in section teak wood. Horizotal rails at top and bootom of back rest shall be of 55mm x 19mm in section teak wood. Arm rest shall be out of 65mm x 25mm in section teak wood and two in numbers, 600mm long, shall be provided as shown on drawing. Canning shall be done with best quality Shah/ Premier band cane weighing not less than 6gms per 10 running metere and shall be of 2mm wide and 0.04mm thick The approx. weight of cane used in seat and back shall be 400gms.The caning shall be done in Godrej pattern as shown in drawing. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish. Quantity of polish reqd shall be 500mili litre of polish approx. |
| 3 | Chair Writing (FD-280) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 535mm long, 470mm wide and 890mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Front legs shall be of 55mm x 30mm in section and 660mm high upto bottom of arm rest. Rear legs shall be of 55mm x 30mm in section and 890mm high. The distance between outer legs in front side shall be 535mm and between outer side of legs at rear shall be 470mm.The legs shall be joined together at 460mm from bottom of legs by front, sides and rear rails, 30mm x 65mm in section made to shape as shown on drawing. Side stiffners in 470mm side and at 100mm from bottom of legs shall be provided of 25mm x 20mm in section stiffeners. One stiffener of 25mm x 20mm in section shall be provided in the middle of side stiffners, joining side stiffeners. Two arm rest of 60mm x 25mm in section made to shape as shown on drawing shall be provided on the side arms, Two back horizontal rests 50mm x 15mm in section made slightly curved out of 50mm x 35mm in section wood shall be provided one at 20mm below the top of rear legs and other at 45mm below the bottom of upper top rest Canning shall be done with 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type cane woven as per Godrej pattern The cane shall weight not less than 6gms per ten running meter. The weaving shall be donewithout any joint in the cane. The cane shall be shah or premier brand. All wood surfaces exposed to view when, Placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Hard rubber/ PVC rings of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed to the bottom of all legs. |
| 4 | Table 3" x 2" with drawer (FD-283) Dimension: Over all size shall be 900mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. Description : All wood incorporated shall be well seasoned hard wood (teak). Legs shall be 60mm x 30mm in section through out and 741mm high four in numbers joined togrther in front, back and sides with top tails of 20mm x 110mm in section providd flush with top of legs. The hand side protion, viewing from front shall have dawers of 300mm wide, 25mm x 40mm in section teak wood stiffner on one side and 20mm x 30mm in setion teak wood fillet on the on the other side of drawer shall be provide as shown on drg. Track rails, 25mm x 25mm in section on one side and 30mm x 25mm in section on thier side of drawers having rebate for guide rails as 12mm x 12mm in section shall be provided all as shown on Drg. The sides and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick and 110 mm high teak wood planks. The front of drawers shall of 20mm x 110 mm in section teak wood plank. The bottom of darwers shall be of 6mm thick commericial plywood. Two bottoms rails. One on each short side shall be provided of 20mm x 60mm in section teak wood joining legs in short sides 5mm x 5mm in section grooves shall be provided at the top of legs to the portion visible to view in plaed in psition. Top of the table shall be fixed made up of 18mm thick plywood BWR grade of Make: Archid ply/ Green ply/ Centruy ply and laminated sheet of Make: Archid Ply/ Green Ply/ Century Ply of approved shade by Engg-in-Charge with 4mm thick teakwood bidding of semi round shape all round the top of table. The top of table shall be flushed with legs and there shall be no projection on any sides. Finish: All wooden surfaces shall be polished with two coats of melamine with approved colour/ shade as directed after preparation of surfaces. Rest all as shown on drg & directed by Engg-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Chair Writing with cushion (FD/E6/MAP/12) Dimension:The overall size of the chair shall not be less than 475mm wide and deep and 580mm high at seat from ground level. Description: (a)All wood to be used shall be 1st class hard teak wood. (b) The seat of chairs shall be made of 40 density foam cushion having thickness 75mm. The cushion shall be placed and pasted on 12mm BWR plywood as per size of seat duly covered with approved tapestry cloth of rate not less than 450 per meter. (c)The seat shall be fixed over the rails and screwed from wood stopper with 30mm long screws. Rest all specifications and dimensions are as per drg. Finish:- The chair shall be polished in high gloss melamine polish in walnuts shade after preparation of surfaces. |

(c) Tow side stifners in short sides shall be provided 20mm x 25mm in section. One stifner of 20mm x 25mm in section shall be provided in the middle of short stifners. Joining short stiffners. (d)The cane shall be 2mm wide 0.4mm tick half round gola type of shah or premier brand woven in Godrej pattern. (e)All joints/ fixing shall be done in accoradance with standard workmanship and specifications. (f) PVC hard ring shall be provided to each legs of bottom. (g) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be franchised polished with high gloss finish. (h) Rest all other times, fittings and fixtures shall be as per shown on drawings & directed. |

Steel sheet: 1 mm thick Black/ MS Sheet for top, base, bottom, side, back, legs and shelves. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length. Shutter shall have two hinges of 75mm long butt hinged and shutters shall be side hung. All Joints, welding and fixing shall be done. Handles: Chromium plated steel handle 100 mm long shall be provided to the steel shutter. Locking:-Three way locking device Godrej pattern for shutter shall be provided. Hanging Arrangement.: 18-20mm dia chromium plated conduit pipe 1.25mmthick with socket both side shall be provided for hanging. Paint:- All steel surfaces shall be painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel Olive Silver paint with spray gun over one coat of primer.The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to application of paint. The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to application of paints . Rest:- All other items, fitting and fixtures shall be shown on drawings. All as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |

Sides and back shall be covered with 1mm thick mild steel sheet slotted angle 25mm x 25mm. 3mm shall be provided at front and back as shown on drawing. 3mm thick corners of 75mm x 75mm shall be fixed at front and back to the top and bottom shelves. Seven shelves including top and bottom shall provided equally to make six compartments. All steel and iron surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer after prepation of steel surfaces as directed by GE. Welding shall be done as per trade practice and as directed by GE. |

(The width is variable and shall be considered for procurement as per the requirement of users. However this specification has been considered with 610mm width). Four vertical angle Iron of 40mm x 40mm x 4mm shall be provided at four corners. Top, bottom, sides, back, shelves shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. The bottom sheet shall be at 100mm from bottom. Five shelves equally spaced to make six equal compartments shall be provided of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Four 75mm x 75mm x 3mm flat iron cut to shape to form angular brackers shall be provided on front side as shown on drawing. All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given two coats of enamel paint over one coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces. |
