| 6 | Maintaining Subway/FOB/Plaza by carrying out sweeping, cleaning, moping and washing with adequate detergents / chemicals, cleaning of inside drains, sumps, vent holes, gutters etc. including labour deployment with necessary T&P etc. atleast moping and sweeping 3 times in a day i.e. 1st Operation upto 8 AM in the morning, 2nd Operation at 1:00 PM, 3rd Operatoin at 6:00 PM including cost of broom, duster, phynyle, detergent etc. and disposal of rubbish to the authorised municipal dumping ground for all leads and lifts complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [The cleaning and moping of Subway/FOB shall be done daily as and whenrequired with minimum 3 times in a day. However, the washing of internal surfaces has to be done weekly and external surfaces once in a month]. |
| 7 | Providing services of supervisor for day to day supervision of roads underunder Division C&ND-Road. The supervisor should have own two wheeler with valid D.L. and smart phone to travel on roads and taking photograph of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of fuel for two wheeler, maintenance of to wheeler, data card, phone bill etc. al include in this item.Scope of work:- The supervisor will take round on all Sub-Division Roads preferable in between 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and FOB & Subway for housekeeping activities and cleaning of footpath, central verge, side berms and signage boards daily as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and give his detail report to Junior Engineer in Charge for complete stretch regarding work along with photographs. |
| 8 | Providing man power (Beldar/Sweeper) in proper uniform with PWD logo etc. with necessary T&P like, Plastic / polyethylene bags, bamboo, rope, phawrah, broom, tasla etc. including hand riksha painted with PWD logo with nightsafety vision for cleaning of road channel footpath, bell mouth, chambers, side berms, central verge, picking ofpapers, polythelene, construction materials etc. complete for 8 hours daily as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The duty hours will preferably be 9.00 AM to 6:00 PM (Scope of work :- The workers shall collect all loose materials like polyethylene, empty bottle, any malba lying in channel of road, footpath, cleaning of side berms and central verge etc. and filled up in plastic / polyethylene bags and transport by hand riksha to specified locations as decided by Engineer-in-Charge.). |
