| 4 | General Conditions :- 1. Rates quoted should be on FOR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes/GST etc. and transportation charges for complete work of Load testing of Deck Slab and producing data sheets and presenting it in offline & online formats. 2. Onsite operations of load testing euipments wherever applicable shall be provided by the Supplier/ Vendor/Contractor free of cost. 3. Work should be executed as per enclosed Technical specifications and drawings enclosed with complete satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. 4. Time period for completion of Work shall be 3 Months. 5. The Testing Authority should be certified with National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories (NABL) |
