Marve , Mumbai Suburban”The bidder will be required to quote the amount of Upfront payment to MMB over and above Rs. 21,74,500/- plus applicable GST(Rs. Twenty One lakh Seventy four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty plus applicable GST only).

The above quoted annual premium shall be increased by 6% per annum every year for the duration of the Contract and any extension thereof, if any.
