2M & L for painting of ceiling fans (1200 mm/ 1400 mm) complete, in situ with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dusts including writing of MES Nos in black paint all as specified and as directed by EIC.
3Dismantling of worn out/burnt out ceiling fans 1200 mm sweep and re-winding the ceiling fan with the same size of super enamelled copper wire , varnishing with approved quality insulating varnish complete including replacement of split/safety pins, locking nut, check nut , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge
4Description all as per serial item No 3.00 here in before but for Ceiling fans of 1400 mm sweep.
5Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing suitable for ceiling fans of any make, type and size. Make: - SKF, NBC, and TATA
6Supply and fixing in replacement of bush made out of Gun metal suitable for ceiling fans of any make, type and size.

14S & F 0-4 step-1, electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet including taking down the old unserviceable regulator all as specified and as directed by EIC.
15Taking down carefully existing exhaust fans of any make and sizes from wall , cleaning externally, opening for examination and overhauling complete by opening , cleaning of bearing ,stator ,rotor winding , providing new fresh clean proper grade lubricants oil/grease and re assembling after replacement of split/safety pins, MS nuts and bolts , including replacement of old existing flexible cord connected from ceiling rose to fanincluding re-writing MES/ SL No. with black synthetic enamel paint , refixing the same in position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:-Store like ball bearing, gun metal bush and capacitors required for repair/overhauling shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: (i) New spare parts/ items required in replacement of old defective spare parts/ items shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of transportation from site to workshop for repair and workshop to site after repair, labour required for repairs/ replacement of spare parts being repair/ replaced, shall be deemed included in quoted rate.
