4Replacement old un-serviceable Sluice Valve with new Sluice Valve, cast iron, Class PN 1.6, size 200mm bore pipe, flanged type, conforming to IS: 14846-2000, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle, brass nuts and iron wheel head including jointing material such as rubber fibre board packing ring and nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size for vertical or horizintal fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

13Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1200x1200x1200mm (internal dimensions of chamber) including plain cement concrete, M-7.5 (1:4:8), type-D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) 100mm thick, as in sub baseand PCC M-15 (1:2:4), type-B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) 100mm thick, as in flooring, brick work masonry, 23cm thick in cement mortar 1:4, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on internal and external surfaces with two coat of lime wash, mild steel framed work as in valve pit covers with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm and including mild steel sheet cover 3.15mm thick complete, drilling/ welding for fixing of steel sheeting with mild steel hinges, handles and suitable locking arrangements, fastening arrangements for fixing, nuts, bolts and washers including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in external areas and removal the surplus soil to a distance of not exceeding 50mtrs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
14Taking up unserviceable cast iron/ galvanised iron/ ductile iron water mains (including all fittings) of 100mm bore, with spigot and socket/ flanged ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
15Taking up unserviceable cast iron/ galvanised iron/ ductile iron water mains (including all fittings) of 80mm bore, with spigot and socket/ flanged ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
16Supplying, laying and jointing,testing, commissioning of of 100mm bore dia of K-7 class DI( Ductile Iron) Pipes as per IS 8329 along with cement mortar lining as per specification with rubber gaskets for flexible joints with regular ISI marked, Hydraulic testing as per specifications to specified pressure in stretches of length using pumps which should be able to provide specified test pressure, pressure gauges and other necessary equipment, labour, operation charges etc., required for testing and as per manufacturere"r instructionscomplete as per detailed specifications , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

36Cleaning of overhead water tank, capacity 50,000 Gallons, height/ staging 18.85mtrs, by scraping with mild steel wire brush and removing all the silt, dirt, algae, sludge etc from the surfaces of walls and floor including removal the same to a distance not less than 50mtrs, washing the cleaned surface with bleaching powder solution thoroughly and applying two coats of lime wash on internal surfaces of reservoir, also applying two coats of cement paint of external surfaces of tank with staging after preparation of surfaces, and writing the particulars such as capacity of tank, date/ due date of tank cleaning in bold letters, on table size not less than 60cmx40cm, painted with black and white synthetic enamel paint on external surface, including painting with one coat black synthetic enamel paint to external surfaces of flow pipes with valves any type as connected with overhead water tank and making flow signs with white synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Necessary arrangements of saftey harnesses, scaffoldings, staging and other saftey measures for repair work at height or depth shall be adopted as directed by Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to the Deptt.

38Cleaning of under Ground Sump/reservoir of size 6.0 mtr dia and 7.50 mtr depth at Pump House under Rakhmuthi Garriosn within AOR of AGE E/M, by disconnecting all electric connections from LT panel, starter, removing pipe line from discharge side, taking out submersible/ centrifugal pump with motor alongwith column pipe by mechanical or manual method, scraping all mud, algae, silt, sludge and other dirts by mild steel wire brush floor and including remval the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr and re-assembling/ lowering doen submersible/ centrifugal pump with motor, column pipe and making all electric and water supply connection to the existing system, also applying two coats of cement base paint of external surfaces of tank with staging after preparation of surfaces, including writing the particulars such as capacity of tank, date, due date of tank cleaning in existing letter sizes, on table size not less than 60x40 cm painted with black and white synthetic enamel paint on external surfaces, complete all as directed. Note: Necessary arrangements of saftey harnesses, scaffoldings, staging and other saftey measures for repair work at height or depth shall be adopted as directed by Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to the Deptt.
39Collection of water from Rakhmuthi Pump House No:- 01 & No:- 02 , Mandiwala pump house and Jourian Pump House, Khour Pump House, Hamirpur Pump Houseto carry out the following water tests from Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine, Jammu or any other reputed / recognized Institute:- 1:- Heavy metals and Minerals parameters of water: (a) Iron as "Fe" (b) Manganese as "Mn" (c) Zinc as "Zn" 2:- Physical parameters of water: (a) Alkalinity (b) Calcium (c) Chloride (d) Magnesium (e) Oil and Greese (f) pH value (g) Total Suspended Solids (h) Total Hardness (j) Total Dissolved Solids (k) Turbidity Note : Result sheet of above tests shall be submitted in Duplicate to the entire satsifaction of GE.
40Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,19,955.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
