1Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
2Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm
3Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.
4Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1 With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness
5Multiplying 0.0633 for increase in GST from 12 to 18%
