Scope of work involves survey, Geo-tech. investigation including Designing parameters such as Detention period, Dimensions of the tank, Sludge zone depth, Efficiency with feasibility report & Construction of PST Structure including Site Development works, Protection Works i.e. Retaining/ Breast walls, Road Connectivity to PST & all alligned works such as Providing, Laying & Jointing Pipe for Inlet ,Outlet, Scour & Bye-Pass Arrangements with connections including required diameters Valves [Scour/ Sluice/NRV] & Water lifting arrangements [if any as proposed] with making connection from Main Feeder line Raw Water Intake consisting of API Pipe to existing Sedimentation Tube Settler Unit & Raw Water Chamber [Or as Proposed by Bidder], Providing and fixing accessories such as level indicators, Stainless steel ladder inside and M.S. ladder with G.I. railing outside for boundary fencing of structure & approach road, including giving satisfactory hydraulic test and water tightness test as per relevant IS Code and providing three coat of epoxy paint inside the tank weather proof/ metallic paints to all expose surface of structure. The PST for Inlet & Outlet of required dia [API pipe] be connected from Raw Water Intake to existing Sedimentation Tank with Tube Settler Units, Scour pipe; of required dia up to nearest drainage system complete as per approved design data from IIT/ NIT/ Punjab University or any other premier institute, criteria, obligatory requirements as per the PWD/ JSV specification alongwith disposing of excavated material/muck within approved/ appropriate dumping site. and as per entire satisfaction/ Directions of Engineer-in Charge. |
