| 2 | Material & labour Providing and fixing of ACP Cladding in any shape in metallic colour of approved shades made Out 4mm thick ACP material consisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwich between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The ACP cladding sheet shall be coil Coted,with Kynar 500 based PWDF /Lumiflon based flusoropolymer resin coating of Approved colour and shade on face. The base shall be Aluminium rectangular tubing of size not less 22mmx 45mm with 1mm wall thickness. Horizontal member of frame shall be fixed not more than 750mm center to center and vertical member of base frame shall be fixed not more than 1200mmcenter to center. Horizontal & vertical member of base frame shall be fixed on wall with rowel plug size 10x35 & countersunk steel screw size 10x60. Rowel plug & screw shall be fixed not more than 750 mm center to center. ACP shall be fixed on base frame by providing 1mm thick & 8mm wide pressure tape (both side adhesive). Pressure tape shall be fixed on center of rectangular tube and balance portion of tube covered with white silicone. After fixing the ACP on base frame dummy joints shall be provided as per approved design 5 to 8mm wide Dummy joints shall be provided with masking tape and black silicone. After completion and before handing over entire exposed surface of ACP shall be clean with glass cleaning solution in G+2 building including necessary scaffolding and frame work complete all as specified and as directed. |
