3Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of 11KV, Compact Sub Station with 315KVA DRY Type Transformer comprising of followings:-(i) HT SWITCHGEAR:-11 KV 630 Amp 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated Copper Busbar Non-Extensible Compact switchgear (Type CCV) consisting of One No. Fixed Manual Load Bark Switches and One No Fixed Manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure, with series trip, microprocessor-based numerical over current sell powered relay (IDMTL+Inst.) projection. Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 1Core x 3Run x 95Sqmm Al. unarmored XLPE cable.(a) Self Powered Relay shall be 50/5+5+1 with RS485 Communication (560, 50N, 51, 51N)-01 Nos .(b) Protection CT-80/1A 2.5VA SP10-03 Nos.(c) Fault Passage indicator (S/C & E/F)-01 Nos (c) Mechanical ON/OFF/Trip Indicator for Breaker -01 Set (d) Mechanical ON/OFF/Trip Indicator for Load Break Switches-03 Nos(e) VPIS -01 Set (f) Manometer -01 Nos (g)Operating Handle-01 Nos.(ii) TRANSFORMER:- 315 KVA 11KV/433V DYn11 Cast Resin Dry Type Transformer copper winding with Off load tap links of +5% to -5% in steps of 2.5%, Insulation class: F, Temperature rise in the winding over ambient Temperature of 50 Deg. C:90Deg C: Losses as per ECBE (Subject to IS Tol) losses 2000W at 50% load and losses 5040W at 100 load, Percentage impendances: 4% (Subject to IS Tol) with. (a) WTI scanner with Alarm & Trip Contact-01 Set (b)Surge arrester-01 Set (c) Hooter for Transformer Door Switch -01 No.(iii) LVS PANEL-400AMPS ALLUMINIUM BUSBARS:-LVS PANEL-400AMPS ALLUMINIUM BUSBARS, 100%v Rated For Phases and 50% Neutral) Current Density – 1A/mm2, Fabrications CRCA 1.5/2mm thickness as per below.
4(iv) INCOMER from Transformer (A) 500A 433V 3P 50Hz 50KA Fixed Manual Type Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) with microprocessor-based over current, short circuit and earth fault protection (Make: ABB India Limited)-01 Nos (b) R.Y.B. ON/OFF/Trip Indication -01 Nos(c) Multifunction meter of class 0.5 accuracy with R485 Port.-01 NosOUTGOINGS(a) 160A 433V 3P 50Hz 50KV Fixed Manual Type Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) with microprocessor-based over current, short circuit, and earth fault protection (b) 125A 433V 3P 50Hz 50KV Fixed Manual Type Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) with microprocessor-based over current, short circuit and earth fault protection (c) 100A 433V 3P 50Hz 50KV Fixed Manual Type Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) with microprocessor-based over the current, short circuit, and earth fault protection (v) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE:-Outdoor type enclosure having the construction of Galvanized Sheet Steel of thickness 3mm for all load-bearing members and 1.5mm thickness for nonload-bearing members along with a 4mm HRCA base frame. The Enclosure shall have an IP54 degree of protection for the HT & LT switchgear compartment & and an IP23 degree of protection for the Transformer compartment. The Enclosure exterior shall be powder coated with (Nearer RAL 7032). Each compartment will be provided with a door and pad-locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with an operated switch shall be provided for the HV and LV compartments, and the Transformer door shall be interlocked with the Breaker module. Separate Switch-operated Bulket Lamp+ Hooter in Transformer compartment.(vi) INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING:- Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer using 1C x 3 x 95Sqmm XLPE Single Core Aluminium cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminium Busbars, Internal earthing connections using 50x6mm GI Strips including Transformer neutral.
5Notes:- 1. Package Sub Station is an outdoor plinth-mounted type. Erection, Commissioning, and Civil work as per manufacturers instruction for package substation are included in quoted rate. The Contractor will furnish the complete details to GE for approval prior to execution. The minimum height of plinth shall be 1.2 metre from ground level and of adequate size to accommodate CSS.2. Package sub-station shall be complete with the internal interconnection & earthing. Accessories required for the external connection of HT & LT cables like terminations kits, lugs, glands etc & extending of earth bar to earth pits are included.3. On the HT side 3 Way RMU (2 Isolator +1 Breaker) with STC 21KA for 3Sec. RMU is a fixed Manual type. Non-extensible fixed type.4. The Transformer shall be suitable for CSS applications hence Marshaling Boxes, Cable Boxes, Rollers not envisaged. Construction of winding/core shall be as per manufacturer standards only.Forced cooling not applicable.5. Cast resin Dry-type Transformer as per IS 11171 with losses as per above, If during the execution (after acceptance of tender) If notification “Electrical Transformers (Quality Control) Order, 2015/2016/2017/ECBC” or any other notification issued by Ministry of Power (BEE) or Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprise comes into force then the cost of such changes that may happen because of such notifications shall be adjusted through proper deviation order. The manufacturing process of the Transformer as in Core, winding and other construction of the transformer shall be as per ISI standards. The transformer like bushing/ termination, insulation material, etc shall be type tested & strictly as per ISI marked/markings. Temp rise/Tap range /%2 shall be as per same.6. CSS enclosure shall be Galvanized Sheet Steel of thickness 3mm as per Manufacturing standard design.7. Painting shall be as per manufacturer standard.8.All outgoing considered 3P with common neutral. As per SLD APFC is outside CSS hence only incomer MCCB for APFC considered.9. CSS is as per latest IEC 61330. Testing as per IEC shall be carried out during factory inspection. 10. All the required tools & tackles, Safety tools, rubber mats, Spare plants etc shall be included in quoted rate. 11. The items shall be strictly as per above mentioned details. Obtaining any Govt. approval/EI Approval and their fee if any shall included in the scope, nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor on this account.
6M&L, Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm completeall as specified and directed.
7M&L, Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 Core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm completeall as specified and directed.
8Supply, laying, and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty), 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sqr mm3½ core complete all as specified and directed.
9M&L for Earthing with copper earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge ofplate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to and including Copper earth strip 20mmx3mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron all as shown in elect plate No.3 of SSR Part-3 connected to earthing test point including GI light grade 40mm bore protection pipe and including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of strata, GI light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 8mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note : (i) Earth continuity conductor including protection pipe up to 7.5 mtrs from earth electrode shall be included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Earth work in any type of soil i.e. excavation, returning filling and removal is also included in quoted unit rate. (iii)PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself
10Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
11Returning, filling in, including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm layers with excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.
12Removing excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L, Sand cushioning to UG cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:Punned thickness of sand shall only be measured and paid.
14Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
15Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
