Ofc Route. ( Section No. Pa-3 ) . ( Note: The Agency Has To Quote For Both The Rates I.E For Boq1 And Boq2failing To Which The Bid Will Be Rejected Summerily. The Evaluation will be done combindly on the basis of total cost of quoted BOQ1 and BOQ2).
