2Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.
3Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification. (II) Sandy material
4Dismentaling the existing structure including removing snd stacking the dismentelled material as and there directed. (II) By Mechanical means (B) RCC Work
5Diversion of water course providing cofferdam and and bund or island as may be necessary for foundation and maintaining the same until completion of foundation structure as may be necessary.
6Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. 7Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications. (II) P.C.C grade M 15 Nominal mix (1:2:4)
8Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete R.C.C grade M 30 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications.
9Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawings and technical specifications.
10Providing and fixing mild steel dowel bars of minimum 32mm dia. for anchoring by drilling holes in foundation strata including necessary bending, hooking of dowel bars and grouting the holes complete as per detailed drawing and as directed.
11Plain/reinforced cement concrete R.C.C. grade M 30 in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification.
12Supplying, fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in substructrue complete as per drawings and technical specification.
13Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification.
14Plain/reinforced cement concrete R.C.C. grade M 30 in superstructure complete as per drawings and technical specification.
15Supplying, fitting, and placing TMT bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
16Providing and fixing metal expansion joints as per drawings. Details of expansion joint 50 x 50 x 6mm size two IS and 100 x 6mm MS plate with 6 x 20 x 25mm long hold fast @ 50 cm / cc on both sides of expansion joints.
17providing and fixing in position Mild steel dowel bars in pier caps or abutments caps for anchorage in free end as per detailed drawing including cutting, bending and welding complete.
18Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
19Providing crash barrier of controlled cement concrete M 40 as per detailed drawings with necessary reinforcement including, shuttering, laying vibrating and finishing to line and level complete. (ii) cast in situ.
20P.C.C. M 15 ordinary grade (1:2.5:5) levelling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and technical specifications
21Drainage spouts complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
22Providing and fixing marble slab including engraving and painting complete. (i) Size 75cm x 60cm x 4cm.
23Reinforced Cement Concrete M 30 grade approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
24Painting two coats including prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and Technical Specification.
25Construction of flexible apron 0.600 m thick comprising of loose stone boulders weighing not less then 25 kg beyond curtain wall
26Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in complete as per drawings and technical specifications.RCC Grade M20
27Providing and fixing in position 20 mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and technical specifications.
28Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with all lead and lifts as per Technical Specification
29Loosening, Levelling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specification.
30Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with all lead and lifts as per Technical Specification.
31Supplying & laying of bi-axial extruded high modulus polypropylene geogrid conforming to MORT&H specification for base/sub-base reinforcement having minimum tensile strength 30kN/m in the longitudinal and transverse direction, with 10.5kN/m and 21kN/m tensile strength at 2% and 5% strain respectively in the longitudinal and transverse direction, junction efficiency not less than 95% and with 38mm X 38mm mesh opening.
32Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (PMGSY SOR It.No.3.14)
33Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 75 mm thickgraded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing thematerial with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, layingin uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smoothwheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 405. (RA-3)
34Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 75 mm thickgraded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing thematerial with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, layingin uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smoothwheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. 35Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause.
36Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification
37Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion @ 1.46 kg/smtto required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause .
38Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause.
39Construction of 175/200 mm thick granular sub-base ( GR - II) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavatorat OMC, and compacting with smoothwheelroller
40Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-\reflectorised sign asper IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thickwith areaexceeding 0.9 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron posts 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos.firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification.

45Painting lines, dashes, arrows, etc. on roads in two coatson new work with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS:164 on bituminous/concrete surface, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control as per drawing and Technical Specification.

47Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel saction 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330mm long complete.
48PMGSY "LOGO" Board : Providing and fixing of PMGSY LOGO informatory sign board with Logo as per section 1700 of MORD specifications and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Two Plates of ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), material specifications as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACP in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The Lower plate will be of 4mm ACP of 1100x300mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of Both the plates will be welded to a 75mm x75mmx6mm Mild steel post at Centre and this post will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level. The spacing between the diamond shaped plate and Lower Plate is kept 150mm. PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACM should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Type-1 AEGP Class-A grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 and IRC 67-2012 specifications. Al the section of the frame and posts shall be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Logo sign Design and as directed by Engineer in-charge. A warranty for 5 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Type-1 Class-A from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.
49Citizen" s information Board- Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY information board as per instruction. Two ACP sheets of 3 mm thick, of 900 mm x 750mm size fixed at top & bottom duly rivetted with MS angles of 25 x 25 x 5 mm thick M.S angle shall be welded by two vertical M.S angle of 5 mm thick to 75 mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG square tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 600mm x 600mm x 75mm, below ground level. The letters & figure of any shade reflectorised with High Intensity Prismatic Grade Retro Reflective Sheeting of Type-4 as per ASTM D- 4956 and latest MORD specifications; All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paints as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 (10.16). (A) Class-B High intensity Grade Retro Reflective shzting.
50PMGSY Main Information Board: Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Maintenance informatory sign board with Logo as per 1700 of MORD specifications and drawing. The board will be a composite unit consisting of Three Plates ACM (Aluminum Composite Material), material specificaitons as per clause 17001.3. The top most plate will be of 3mm ACM in diamond shape of 600x600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The middle 4mm ACM plate of will be 1200x150mm size riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The main 4mm ACM lower most plate will be 1500mmx600mm size, riveted with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm size. Riveting of all the sheets over angle and flat iron frame will be done neatly to have plain surface on one side. The angle iron frame of lower most plate and flat iron frame of the middle plate will be welded to two nos. 75mm x75mm (12 SWG) sheet tubes posts placed at 1125mm apart centre to centre. the top of the middle plate will be flushed with the top of 75mm dia medium steel tube posts and these posts will be embeded in cement concrete M15 grade block of 450x450x600mm below ground level. The height of the bottom of the lower plate will be 1200mm from normal ground level and the bottom of the middle plate will be 100mm above the top level of the lower most plate. the diamond shaped plate mounted over flat angle iron frame will be connected to middle plate by square steel section of 47mmx 47mm , thickness 12SWG having a spacing of 100mm between the diamond shaped plate and middle plate and this square section will be riveted to the bottom point of the diamond shaped plate. PMGSY logo, letters and numerals on the ACM should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Type-1 AEGP Class-A grade as per the latest MORD section 1700 and IRC 67- 2012 specifications. Al the section of the frame and posts shall be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the PMGSY Signage Guide and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. . A warranty for 5 years for the Retro reflective sheeting for Class-A respectively, from original manufacturer shall be submitted by contractor.
