7RUIDP Tecknology - Design, supply, erection, installation, jointing, testing, trial run, and commissioning of prefabricated micro Sewage Treatment Plants based on RUIDP Technology for Inlet parameter (Ph-6.5-7.5; BOD5 @ 20 degree C-300 mg/l; COD-650 mg/l; TSS- 600 mg/l; TKN-55 mg/l) and outlet parameter (Ph-6.5-9.0; BOD5 @ 20 degree C < 10 mg/l; COD-<= 50 mg/l; TSS- <=20 mg/l; N-Total- <=10 mg/l & Faecal Colliform-<100 MPN/100 ml)complete in all respects. STP will have following components:- A) Pretreatment Unit:- Design, Supply, Fabrication of Coarse Screen with Grit Separator Unit. The fine screen (2 Nos.; 1 W+1S) installed in sequence shall be made in SS316L using flat bars of 3 mm thick, 50 mm wide and spacing of 5 mm, tear shape and dimensions of the bar screen as per design approved by engineer. The grit and oil filter separation unit shall be also provided in SS 316 L with interconnecting pipeline made in 90 mm HDPE PE-100 PN-6 as per IS 14333 (amended up to date), necessary fittings while maintaining the hydraulic levels with capacity of removing grease, oil and grit particles having specific gravity 2.85 with removal efficiency of 80%. Prefabricated sump with non clog sewage submersible pump set 1 W +1S of 2% Ni CI Cascading, Impeller CF 8M ,Shaft SS 410,mechanical seal with 10M Power & Control cable , 5M Galvanized Chain,,10M, 50mm MS galvanized Guide pipe, Duck Foot Bend, with Guide wire SS 304 etc. installed after the oil and grease chamber. Adequate arrangements shall be made for access to remove the screened waste and settled grit on manual basis. B) Primary Settling Tank Unit:- Design, Supply, Fabrication of Primary Settling Tank in Mild Steel of 2-4 mm thickness with FRP coating from inside and epoxy corrosion resistance paint on the outer surface having dimensions as per approved design and drawing by engineer. Necessary support elements shall be provided inside the Primary Settling Tank at a depth of 700mm(minimum) from the top and further down minimum depth of 1.250 m (0.50 m free board extra) for support of the Tube Deck Media. A conical section with adequate slope (1: 12) for sludge to settle and flow down into the sludge storage tank shall be provided. The construction shall be as per the provided drawing. Safety Rails shall also be provided around the top of the tank in 2 rows connected with vertical poles of 1.2 m height at 1.2 m distance apart of Aluminium pipe of 32 NB with modular fittings. A partition shall be provided after the Tube Deck media for collection of clarified effluent which shall be collected while flowing in upward direction. Including GST, Taxes and duties and erection at site.
8C) Secondary-cum-Biological Treatment Unit:- Design, Supply, Fabrication of Secondary cum Biological Treatment Unit in Mild Steel of 2-4 mm Thickness with FRP coating from inside and epoxy corrosion resistance paint on the outer surface having dimensions as per approved design drawing by employer with 3 vertical partitions (minimum) at equal spacing for a minimum length of 3.0 m. The depth of the partitions shall be minimum 1.250 m (0.50 m free board extra) from the vertical. The bottom of the unit shall be conical in shape for sludge collection , fraction of which shall be recycled back into the top most zone of the unit. The construction shall be as per the provided drawing. Safety Rails shall also be provided around the top of the tank in 2 rows connected with vertical poles of 1.2 m height at 1.2 m distance apart of Aluminium pipe of 32 NB with modular fittings. The outlet portion shall be meant for overflow with a depth of 0.50m from the Top water level as provided in the section drawing. E) Tertiary Treatment Unit:- Design, Supply, Fabrication of Tertiary Treatment Unit Mild Steel of 2-4 mm Thickness with FRP coating from inside and epoxy corrosion resistance paint on the outer surface having dimensions with circumference around the Primary and Secondary Treatment Units , width of 1 m (minimum) and depth of 1.5 m (minimum). The tank shall have partitions opening from top and bottom in alternate arrangement to provide sinusoidal flow. A drain valve arrangement shall be provided to collect the wash out sludge during any maintenance event. F) Filter Media:- Filter media of required distribution and proportion to be filled in the Tertiary Treatment Unit (Qty of 100 mcube or as per deign requirement to fill to the top water level) , required hydrophytic plantation & impregnating inside the Tertiary Treatment Filter Bed.( Qty: 200 Nos of Umbrella Palm & Caina Indica) Bio consortium media comprising of Bacillus sp, bacteriofaciens sp, Phosphatidis sp, Nitrobacter sp, and other Nutrient removing species in wetland systems. (Qty of 100 liters) G) Solar Power System:- Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Power Unit MNRE approved of required capacity including allelectrical, peripheral and mounting accessories. H) Sludge Storage tank:- Sludge storage tanks for primary and secondary sludge with a capacity of 2000 Liters as per the levels provided in the reference drawing, this sludge tank will be connected to the primary settling tank and secondary treatment unit bottom with 110 mm HDPE PE 100 PN-6 pipe with fillings as per IS 14333 (amended up to date). Manually operated butterfly valve of 100 mmdia shall be installed on both coming pipes to regulate the sludge flow. I) RUIDP Technology component:- Supply, Administering, Installation and commissioning of only the Technology Components for : 1. Primary Settling Tank :- Macroporous Hydrogel constituting ofpolymers like Polyacrylamide gel - cross linking polymer of Water Insoluble entities with a life span of at least 5 years , impregnated and immobilized with acid resistant Methanation Bacteria like Methanosarcina sp on to the water flowing surface using synthetic adhesives. The system shall be capable for easy installation and maintenance. 2: Secondary Treatment Unit:- a: Floating rafts of appropriate size as per the provided drawing RUIDP 141 SOR 2022 Code No Description Unit Rate Rs. made of natural materials like bamboo or buoyant material with hydrophytic plantation on top to be installed in the upper most layer of the unit. b. Middle Layer comprising of non-organic media support immobilized with aerobic bacteria. The media for support shall be alumina or ceramic based of cylindrical or spherical shapes with minimum 50% porosity to allow favorable bacteria for immobilization and colony formation. Total Depth of the middle layer shall be 925 mm with percentage fill of the media ranging between 35-50% depending on the hydraulic conductivity of the packed bed media column to cater to the peak flow. The average mean diameter of the media elements shall range between 5- 20 mm. c. Bottom Most Layer: comprising of thermosetting resin polymer media with infinitesimal shape and protected surface area of not less than 900 m2/m3. Minimum % fill of 35% and the Middle and Bottom layer shall be separated using retractable strainers made in UPVC or FRP lined MS grating for providing support for middle layer media , the same support shall be provided for the bottom most layer. d. Manual Micro screen 1 mm 1W +1S in SS-316 at the outlet of secondary unit"J) Other Ancillary works - 1. Boundary wall with gate of premises - wall height shall be 1.5 m from FGL. Foundation of boundary wall shall be 1.20 m below natural ground level. Construction up to plinth level shall be in RR masonry in 1:6 cement mortar with 100 mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 below masonry. First wall section shall be 90 cm wide with 30 cm height, and above it, second section of wall shall be 75 cm wide with 30 cm height, and above it, third section of wall shall be 60 cm wide with 30 cm height. and above it, fourth section of wall shall be 45 cm wide with 30 cm height. Above it, a brick (class-75) masonry wall of 30 cm thick with provision of columns of 45 cm x 45 cm at an interval of 3 m along with suitable joints provisions shall be constructed in CM 1:6., 2. Access Road to STP with Drains - From gate of STP area to the different units of STP and all around precast concrete interlocking tiles at pedestrian and shoulders shall be of 80 mm thick and approved shape of M 30 grade laid on 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 on proper slope with side drainage of vibro-pressed 60 mm thick precast l-shape drains of 0.23X 0.3m on both side laid on 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8. 3. Admin-cum-control-cum-laboratory-cum-office with toilet block building as per approved design and drawing by the engineer (maximum area of 15 sqm.)
