1Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of LT UG cable, pipe, etc and not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.
2Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
3Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exceeding 8 ton and not exceeding 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
4Material and labour for 200mm thick soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.
5Material and labour for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.
6Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bagsto remove all loose dirt and applying tack coat @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm usingBituminous Cold Emulsion Rapid setting Grade-1 (RS-1) etc complete all as specified and as directed.
7Material and labour for Premix Bituminous Macadam with binder content of 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of VG-30, laid, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with mechanical paver/ manually complete all as specified and as directed.
8Material and labour for preparing existing blacktopsurfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bagsto remove all loose dirt applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm usingBituminous Cold Emulsion Rapid setting Grade-1 (RS-1) etc complete all as specified and as directed.
9Material and labour for Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and mechanical paver/ manually rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.
10Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base of floor, finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and as directed
11Material and labour for chequered cement concrete colourtiles 30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, steps including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed
12Dismantling stone slabs and tiles laid in dry of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.
13Material and labour for 60mm thick factory made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment etc complete all as specified and as directed.
14All as per item No 13.00 described here-in-before but except precast concrete interlocking paver block Note: Precast concrete interlocking paver block obtained from item No 12.00 shall be reused.
15Material and labour for sand filling under floors, cushioning under paver including spreading and consolidation etc complete all as specified and as directed.
16Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,complete all as specified and as directed
17Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/ Post holes/ mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed
18Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in solid block masonry exceeding 10cm in widthbuilt in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.
19Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar 1:6 on brick/ PCC solid block masonry surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
20Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/ steps, cills kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded of chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and as directed.
21Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.
22Dismantling of chain link fencing any thickness or mesh, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any etc complete all as specified and as directed.
23Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.
24Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type all as specified and as directed.
25Material and labour for mild steel flat iron/ round bar including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and as directed.
26Material and labourfor preparing new steelsurfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
