5Taking up carefully ductile iron pipe/ cast ironupto 200 mm bore with, spigot and socketed ends, from trenches including all fittings and tyton push rubber joints and keeping aside for shifting and relaying withen 50 mtrs complete allspecified and as directed. Note. 1.Cutting of pipe shall be included in quoted rate 2. Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately.
6S&F/ laying including testing Ductile iron pipe with spigot and socket ends K-7, 200 mm bore including titan joint ISI marked suitable forin any length laid in trenches , including taking up the existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Note : cast iron fittings, sluice valve shall be measured and paid separately.
18Repair to leaked joints of GI pipe lines of size 15 to 50 mm bore complete including replacement of GI fitting i.e union, nipple & sockets if required including excvation and taking up & down required cutting & threading refixing complete all as spd and directed.
19Material & Labour for properly cleaning and disinfecting clear water storage tank (Overhead RCC Reservoir) of capacity 35000 Gallon at 17-22 meter heightfrom ground level by mechanised water storage cleaning and disinfection process comprising six stage cleaning process as under :- (a) DEWATERING:Dewatering the tank with portable submersible pumps of adequate capacity. (b) SLUDGE REMOVAL : De-silting and removal of left over dirty water/ sludge/ mud with specially designed sucking unit non clogging pump for sludge removal. (c) HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING AND SCRUBBING : Cleaning of walls, ceiling and floor by high pressure water jet mixed with detergent / cleaning agent appropriate for tank cleaninghaving rotary as well as flat jets for effective cleaning of the nooks, walls and corners and then scrubbing for sticky stain (if required). (d) VACCUM CLEANING: Wet and dry vaccum cleaning for moping of all dirt particles and residual sludge present in the reservoir by industrial vaccum cleaner.

21Collection of sample offrom 5 Area pump houseand send to NABL authorised lab for checking of drinking water parameter and quality of water and submite the report to the office.
22Comprenhensive repair/maintenanceof "Solar Hot Water System" (Flat Plate Collector)heat of capacity 200 LPD includes minor repair, cleaninginside and outsize of Flat Plate Collector ,hotsolar tank , cold water tank arresting the all leakage frompipe line and fitting including removing the air lock and blockage of hot water line complete all as direced.
23M &LFlushing the bore well of size 80/100/ 250 mm dia 100 meter deep by means of air compressor of capacity not less than 650 CFM at 150 PSI pressure for not lesstill the clear water comes out and as per direction of engr-in-charge.
24S&F in repacement of complete pumpsubmersible type 1.5 HP match with existing motorcomplete all as specified and directed.
25Dismantling of existing meter panel boardremoving existig energy meter keeping safe custody and Design ,Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor typewallmounting size min (980X 650X245), Polycarbonate CPRI approved OEM made Meter Panel. The panel shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel type wall mounted on mounting structure RAL 7016. The meter panel should beanti-acid & anti corrosive & fully transparant Door foor meter vision. Degree of protection against mechanical load should be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only . DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket should be internally embedded made of polyurethane and enclosure make . The manufacturer of board/panel SHALL submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI test report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily: Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer must submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable..The panel should passed glow wire test 960oC in accordance with 60695-2-11 flame retardant and self-extinguishing complete all as directed with and incl the following (a) Provision forexisting electric energy meter- 04 nos in separate chamber with locking arrrangement. (a) Four pole MCCB 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA having fixed thermal and fixed magnetic release and spreader link at both incoming and incomming side - 01 No. (b) MCB DP 32 Amp 10 KA , C Curve - 4 Nos (To be connected with 4 Nos Meters) (c) MCB DP 06 Amp 10 KA, C Curve - 1 No (For common lighting + Bldg Security Lights) (d) Ten Nos terminal blocks provided for output supply. 26Supply of CDD 5000 (two component chlorinedioxide power) ( Cas No-10049-04-4) ISO 9001 2015) white in colour highly soluble in water in colour 99.9% effective against water borne microrganisms disinfectant for chlorination of water complete all as directed.
27M&L for scrappng old paint from motor pump set up to7.5 HP horizontal pump and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and the sade paint as directed by enginee - in -charge complete all as specified and directed.
28M & L for disconnecting the defective 7.5 HP centrifugal pump from the electric motor and suction/delivery pipe lines, taking down from the foundation, shifting the pump toworkshop for repairing/servicing, dismantling the pump complete, replacment of defective parts as required, cleaning of all the parts incl lubrication/greasing etc, reassembling and shifting back to origanal site , reinstalling and making all connections incl testing for satisfactory working complete all as directed. Note:- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item 29.01 to 29.09 below . New joints of suction/delivery blines shall be measured and paid separately.

45Taking out and lowering after repair submersible pump set and motor from the borewell including disconnecting all electric connections and dismantling column pipes, taking out to civil workshop at own expense for repair/ overhauling of submersible pump set for replacement defective parts reassembling, connecting and testing capacity upto 2 HP all per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rewinding of pump and new column pipe shall be measured and paid saperately under respective item.
46M & L for opening of submersible motor capacity 1 HP/ 2 HP, 1 phase, taking out burnt winding carefully, cleaning of slots, including rewinding of the same with PVC insulated copper cable of appropriate size matching with manufactures design, including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper, insulated sleeves, varnishing, drying up as applicable, re-assembling complete all as specified and as directed.
47M & L for replacement Ball brass valves 20 mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
