Name of Work: Provn of Off Grid Solar Power Plants (25 KWP) alongwith connected items for COBs (Khengjoi,Kemdo, Chamol Top, Champeswar, Oraon Top,Khongtal, Kovang, Kachinbung, Old Samtal, Changjai, Phaisangang,Tuitong, Phoilen,Molcham, Aibol Joupi, Hengshi, Henkot,Hollengjang) of HQ 28 Sector AR.

1Supply & fixing off Grid Solar Power Plant of25 kWp capacity including connected items, Photovoltaic (SPV) array, Module Mounting Structure, Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) consisting of Maximum Power Point Tracker (MPPT),Hybrid Inverter, and Controls & Protections, interconnect AC/DC cables, Junction boxes, Distribution boxes, switches/circuit breakers, connectors, earthing, lightning arrester, meters,local connectivity cost, cost of civil work, foundation and making good the existing surfaces / floor / roof with providing appropriate waterproof compound complete including installation, commissioning, transportation, insurance, capital cost of online monitoring, comprehensive maintenance charges for five years incl of all taxes, all as specified & directed by SO-I (Wks) / Engr-in-Charge.
2Misc civil work for installation of Solar Plant including site clearance, made good to match existing surface and prevent water leakage from RCC roof by providing water proofing material/PCC/Dr Fix-it/M-seal and PCC foundation works for MS frameinstalled on ground /floor.Note: Technical Specification as described in Contract Agreement Chapter-II & as per MNRE guidelines site visit is mandatory.
