Percentage fees for the complete Architectural Consultancy services as stated in the Tender document including site data collection, concept development Engineering, Designing, Preliminary and detailed estimation, Obtaining all Statutary approvals as required for taking up the construction work at site, recommendations of award of works for various packages, review of residual engineering, if any, being carried out by the contractor, engineering coordination and discussions with GAIL, Obtaining completion certificate and occupancy certificate if required as per scope, Terms and Conditions and details as laid down in the tender document listed in Terms of reference Clause C.1, Section V(A) of the contract

Percentage fees for Project management and Construction supervision of work by deploying Technical manpower as per scope Terms and conditions and details laid down in the tender document in Terms of reference Clause C.2, Section V(A) of the contract detailing the manpower to be deployed at site before arriving at rates. the manpower is to be deployed for a period of 18 months from the award of first package of the works tender plus 03 (three) months is kept for finalization of works Contract and 03 (three) months for contract closure.
