Of Koraput ( Basudha ) .- 1 CONSTRUCTION OF PERCOLATION WELL 4.8 mtr dia and 13.50 mtr depth 2 Supplying all materials, labour T&P for providing Earth work excavation in foundation stoney earth and gravel including moorumwith all lead & lift including dressing the sides & levelling the bed of the foundation to required width & depth& stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas as directed by the Engineer-in-charges complete as per specification & direction of the E-I-C. 3 1st depth of 1.50m 4 2nd depth of 1.50m 5 3rd depth of 1.50m 6 4th depth of 1.50m 7 5th depth of 1.50m 8 6th depth of 1.50m 9 7th depth of 1.50m 10 8th depth of 1.50m 11 9th depth of 1.50m 12 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P providing rough dry Stone packingwith granite stone of 15cm. to 30cm (1 cuft) and above weighing 140 lbs. to 160 lbs./cuft quarried, free from weathered surface of approved quarry including splays cutting, moulding where necessary & including cost, conveyance, labour, tax, royalty of materials to worksite complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 13 Supplying all labour, T&P and materials and providing R.R. H.G.Stone masonary with C.M.(1:6) in foundation and plinth with granite stone including cost, conveyance, labour, tax, royalty of materials to worksite complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 14 Supplying all wirks labour T&P for making of concrete road with CC(1:2:4) work using 12 mm size hard blaxk broken granite stone chips including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc, completed in all respect but excluding cost of MS rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge. 15 Supplying all labour T & P and materials for providing rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for RCC works including flase work and dismentalling them after casting etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge. 16 Straightening bend up or coiled rods cutting bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc, complete in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 17 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing 20mm (3/4) thick cement plaster (1:4) finished smooth to out side of stone work after raking out the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P ,all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 18 Supplying all labour, T&P and materials and providing 20mm. thick cement flush pointing in cement mortar (1:3) for stone workand conveyance of all materials as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 19 Supplying all labour, T&P material for re-filling in foundation & plinth withexcavated earth after laying of pipes properly laid in stoney earth including watering and ramming as per the directionEngineer-in-charge. 20 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and welding machine for making cover of the dry R.R Masoanry well with MS plate of 16 gauge including fixing of 100 x 100 mm angle iron main support and cross supports etc, all complete including painting the cover with anti corrosive paint and fixing rigidly to the top of well staining with provision of chain pully stand and door at the top below the pully stand including locking arrangementetc, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 21 Dewatering during excavation including hire, carriage, running charges of diesel pump. ( to be paid as per actual) 22 Supplying all labour, T&P and materials and providing Cement Concrete (1:4:8) in foundation and plinth with 4cm. H.G.Stone metalwith cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials required for the work as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
