| 3 | Note for Item No 1 to 2:- (i) Consumable items, cabin LED lamp of existingrating, minor spares costing up to Rs.2000.00, etc. are deemed to be included in the over all rate quoted. (ii) Major spares required for maint of lift shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Cleaning of Car, Shaft well, Lift Control Room, Replacement of Ground Mat, etc. shall be included in the over all rate quoted. (iv) Replacement of all ceiling lights to LED lights including replacement of ceiling if required for fixing lights etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge shall be included in the over all rate quoted. (v) Functioning of all emergency telephone service inside the car and control room including replacement of faulty telephone if requires shall be included in the over all rate quoted. |
