Tender For 2000145743-Energy Audit 2000145743 10 10 10 ENERGY AUDIT CHARGES 1 NO Email : venkateswararao.mathi@amns.in Contact : Name : Venkateswara Rao Mathi Item Details : Scope of Work:- -Detailed Energy Audit to be conducted to cover thermal and electrical energy efficiency improvement and the possibilities of reduction in operating power consumption of the Pellet Plants 1<(>&<)>2,30MW Captive Power Plant (CPP) -Understanding and reviewing present running conditions (operational parameters) from DCS, PLCs, Energy Management System. -Brainstorming for understanding various energy efficiency strategies and involving the plant team in identification of opportunities in plant. -Evaluation of energy efficiency opportunities -Process Study and Review from energy efficiency perspective, -Analysis of Exiting operational strategies to improve energy efficiency, -Section wise identification of energy saving opportunities, -Introducing best practices which can be implemented in the plant, -Identification of new technology interventions, -Discussions with plant team to finalize the Projects, Interaction with technology suppliers, wherever possible and applicable, -Techno-commercial evaluation of projects, to identify annual energy saving potential of INR 100 Lakh. Wherever capital investment is required, it will have an overall attractive average payback period of 2 years. -Optimization of the current processes in the plant. The study will cover energy intensive equipment within the plant boundary. -The Detailed Energy Audit report must contain the following: -Specific energy savings proposals -Full descriptions and figures, if required -Method of implementing the proposals -Cost benefit analysis -Energy Management Guidelines to monitor and sustain the savings identified.
