Name of Work : REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF AREA DRAINAGE, CULVERTS, PATHWAY, STEEL LADDER, GATE & FENCING AT CENTRAL ZONE UNDER GE (NORTH) BINNAGURI

1Demolition brick work or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of demolished material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.
2Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size, having compressive strength not less than 75Kg sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius inbuilt in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
3Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and as directed.
4Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other thanfair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces fair and even without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
5Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm) in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer\"s instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.
6Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed
7Material and labour for 18-20 mm thick granite (Jet Black) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4including full rounding the exposed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
8Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/ digital printed/elevation tiles of size 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and includingcement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
9Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removing of demolished material from site complete all as specified and as directed.
10M&L for providing plain cement concretetype B0 1:2:4 with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.
11M&L for Providing precast cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured and paid separately and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
12M&L for precast factory made specially designed, as approved R.C.C (1:2:4) louvers and jallies of 25 mm thick ofsize width 0.45 m and height at centre 0.75 m set in cement mortar (1:4) with precast R.C.C. post/frame including preparation of concrete surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer and demolition of existing jallies complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Precast post/frame shall be measured and paid separately.
13M&L precast factory made, specially designed, as approved for slotted posts/frames for louvers and jallies of any size 0.10m x 0.10m and hight exc 1.00 m but n exe 1.50 m long embedded in P.C.C. including demolition preparation of concrete surface, applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
14Dismantling of brick work (laid flat or on edge) in channels or drains, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar including separating serviceable bricks aside for reuse in the work complete all as specified and as directed.
15Material and labour for bricks work with fly ash bricks, laid flat on vertical/inclined sides of drains, bedded, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1 : 4) complete all as specified and as directed.
16All as per item No 15 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.Note : Serviceable bricks obtained from dismantling shall be reused.
17Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, laid on edge on top surfaces of drains, bedded, jointed and pointed in cement mortar (1 : 6) complete all as specified and as directed.
18All as per item Ser No 17 here in before but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed.
19Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
20Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bed of drains including forming channels complete all as specified and as directed.
21M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and as directed.
22M&L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.
23M&L for racking out loose brick work joints as in inside vertical inclined surfaces of bricks drains, laid flat and flush pointed the same in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
24M&L for racking out loose brick work joints as in top horizontalsurfaces of bricks drains, laidon edges flush pointed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
25Cleaning of blockage in storm water or surfaces water drains with necessary excavation inside the drains carefully not exceeding 1.50 m wide & not exc. 1.50m in depth and getting out all silt mixed with earth and other foreign materials from inside the drains complete all as specified and as directed.
26Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness as in floors, apron etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
27Material and labour for prepolished chemically treated coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat slurry in floors and steps with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
28Material and labour for 75mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.
29M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) providing as in kerbs, copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.
30Material and labour for 80 mm thick coloured rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block chemically treated any shape, size and colour confirming to relevant IS of M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment over and including 40 mm thick sand cushion spread and laid leveled in layers complete all as specified and as directed.
31Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The vertical height above GL shall be measured for the purpose of payment towards work done.
32Dismantling of chain link wire mesh of any type including removing ofrusted unserviceable wire mesh, flat iron, round bar MS, nuts & boltsfrom work site and keep serviceablewire mesh, flat iron, round bar MS, nuts & bolts for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and as directed.
33Dismantling of mild steel Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings, including removing of rusted unserviceable wire from work site and keep serviceable wire for reused in safe custody complete all as specified and as directed.
34Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out,returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface (in soft/loose soil) complete all as specified and as directed.
35M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation and as PCC band at ground level to hold bottom line of chain link fencing wire to cover gap complete all as specified and as directed.
36M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq cm and n.exc 250 sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
37M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement, for fixing chain link fencing welding ends complete all as specified and as directed.
38M&L for mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia in stirrups, binders, spacers etc, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

40Restraining and re securing including making good staples of old serviceable barbed wire in position complete all as specified and directed.
41Supply only galvanised steel wire, (Hot dipped galvanised), 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages complete all as specified and as directed.
42Fixing only chain link fencing to post old and new including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.
43Supply and fix mild steel work as inposts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
44S&F in repair mild steel framed work such asdoors gates of angle section grills, gratings, guardbars, rivited or forged in to spikes framed guard bars, barred doors, ladder etc. complete Fe 290 - (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.
45S&F for flat iron fillets for securing chain link/wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
46M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square but (dia of neck 10mm and 10cm long) complete all as specified and as directed.
47Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfacesof any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chromeprimer complete all as specified and as directed.
48M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
49S&F preparation of newly plastered or concrete surfaces of any description and applying 3 coats of white washingcomplete all as specified and as directed.
50M&L for preparation of old treated surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke root, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and applying one coat ofwhite wash on old decorated surfaces of wall including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.
51Material and labour for preparation of old / previously decorated surfaces/of walls and applyingone coats of cement base paints over a coat of alkali resistance primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes complete all as specified .
52M&L for preparation of old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.
53Material and labour for preparation and applying one coat of weather proof paint any tint on chequered cement tiles/ interlocking tiles / kerb stones surfaces including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery etc. of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed.
54Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exe 1.5m in depth for foundation etc are for shafts, wells, main holes, pier holes to not exc 10Sqm on plan and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
55Returning, filing in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 45cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
