8Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (50mm) (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (b) With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) (i) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19 mm nominal size)
9Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoR&TH cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (b). With rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H Specification) (I) with 60/70 or VG 30 - (ii) for Grading II (13 mm nominal Size)

15Filling Pot- holes and Patch Repairs with open - graded Premix surfacing,20mm. (Removal of all failed material,trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces,cleaning of surface,painting of tack coat of bitumen emulsion on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material with paving bitumen 60/70 as per clause 511, compacting , trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2.
